Pharynx cursed. “Shit, I forgot the stallion’s name.” He turned to the group of Changelings, slightly panicked. “Does anyone know it?”
“Nope.”
“Sorry.”
“Er…”
“Hm?”
Thorax's head peeked out behind the others. “He has two hamsters named ‘Fat Nuggies’ and ‘Lil’ Fry.’”
Pharynx frowned. “That…wasn’t what I asked…?”
His brother shrugged. “That’s all I information I know.”
So, Thorax lives in the Crystal Empire now.
The Crystal Empire is filled with love.

Thanks to horizon's drunkwriting party, I seem to have gotten my writing mojo back. 
Thus, I have a new story. It will now hopelessly jockey for position with the other twelve Thorax stories currently on the main page, but although I haven't read the other stories, I like mine so much that I'm going to guess it's probably better. 
So maybe if I'm super-lucky, it'll crack the featured bar. We'll see!

"Positive. I'm sure she has a diary, we just need to get to it." Pharynx pulled out a marker and glanced up at the sign situated on the door that led to Ocellus' room of the spy mansion.

Hello, everyone. I would like to ask your opinion on something. A few users in the comment section of "A Secret Admirer 3" were actually hoping to see Starlight, Smolder, Thorax, and Ember beat up Chrysalis. I would like to know your opinion on the idea of me doing an alternate take on Chapter 8 of the story where Chrysalis gets, according to Smolder, "the punishment she's had coming for a long time". The fandom has seemed to collectively dub the new form of the Changelings a metamorphosis.
This seems accurate...though here's the thing that will probably confuse people: if it's a metamorphosis, why do both forms have wings?
Well, here's my thoughts:
The familiar form we've seen for the past few seasons can be called a 'Subimago' stage.
