    It's been a hot minute, hasn't it?

Despite my deafening silence, i still lurk this place... yet a recent proposition from my anonymous editor, who plans not to be anonymous much longer, will have me coming back to this place more and more in the future. What's the deal? You'll see eventually.

Also are Private Messages broken? I can't PM any of my site friends. :raritydespair:

Taking 2 story commissions (both slots filled)

Meant to start this last month but never got around to doing such thanks to life being too busy to focus on side projects, however with March around the corner and things easing up, I've decided to open up commissions again. Much like how I usually take commissions, I'll open myself up to writing any genre and/or fetishes my customer is interested in at a rate of $16/1,000 words. I will

So is war back on the menu? · 12:10am Feb 27th, 2021

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9301807/U-S-carries-airstrike-against-Iranian-backed-militia-target-Syria-officials-say.html

Sure seems like it is. Doesn't really surprise me though, I saw this coming when Biden mobilized troops in Syria within the first few days of his term.

My overall opinion?

Seems about right...

That entire statement was completely hypocritical. Say one thing, do something different.

"If you don't vote for me this upcoming election, then you're not black!" I still cannot get over hearing that. Small testicle Joe has vastly exceeded my expectations; I expected him to ruin this country by the first few months and he's accomplished this from the very first day. Ladies and gentlemen, your president.

Uh oh... Looks like we're making some people angry....

Welcome to the old hat tricks. At least with Trump we had troop reductions, Peace Deals, and hey, a hell of a lot less conflict in the Middle East involving us.

Georg #4 · Feb 27th, 2021 · · 1 ·

Interesting to see how many people who whined to the sky when Trump took military action in exactly the same area, who now declare this attack to be pure and righteous. Twitter is full of A/B tweets by the twits.

Meanwhile some of us who generally support Trump are critical of his actual mistakes. Such as being displeased when he made those strikes but happy when he withdrew troops, fired warhawk cabinet members, and brokered peace.

Black rights? I thought you said drone strikes.

Oh boy, can't wait for this military campaign to last another 20 years, solve nothing, and then drag us into another conflict.

I’m sure Biden’s supporters are really happy now. :facehoof:

just another day in the ol us of a.......

I love how none of the Liberal rage babies are in here bitching.

5462849
Probably just angrily downvoting or something.

5462850

"BIDEN DIDN"T STWART THE WARS DRUMPF DID REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

TRUMP 2024

5462795
The real liberals aren't happy with Biden's actions either, but you won't hear that part in the conservative news cycle or over the droves of social media bots and sheeple.

I'm sure this will get downvoted to heck like usual, but I think it's important to burst through the filter bubble people here seem to be in.

5462798
this is funny.

5462887
Then they shouldn't have voted for Biden in the first place. ANYONE who remembers the Obama Admin should've seen this coming.

5462887
>Historical warhawk does warhawk things.
>Surprised when they do it.

I'm sure the people who voted for Biden are mentally contorting themselves into a "We didn't vote for Biden, we voted against Trump, so nothing is our fault even though we voted for Biden" pretzel.

Meanwhile, we STILL have thousands of National Guard troops deployed in the capitol.

5462967
Reports are they’ll be there until fall. Hell, Pelosi was on the record with wanting crew served weapon emplacements.

5462969

Reports are they’ll be there until fall. Hell, Pelosi was on the record with wanting crew served weapon emplacements.

You know something. THIS looks like an actual coup. If circumstances had played out differently and the military took over to instate Trump, requiring them to hold the capitol through force to prevent any legitimate objections or challenges to their power, it would look like this.

5462965
>Surprised Pikachu Face ASCENDED

5462972
Imagine that. What a strange coincidence, isn’t it.

I have close friends who fled Castro’s regime. I have friends who escaped Venezuela under Maduro. One lived through the Argentinazo and short revolution, and another grew up in Yugoslavia, then Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc, through all that violence and chaos. One grew up in the USSR and had family disappear during the gulags and holodomor before coming to the US after the USSR fell.

All of them are extremely worried and are saying a lot of the signs of what happened to their homes is happening here. Hell, something like 65% of Americans think civil war is coming.

It’s going to be an epic clusterfuck. ...Weak men create hard times. Hard times create strong men. Strong men forge good times, and good times birth weak men...

Hmm...

A demagogue with an ego bigger than the nation he once ran that contradicts himself more times throughout his term than he can count (which isn't saying much).

Or a fella that has already contradicted himself within the first few weeks as president.

...look, it was either Biden or just throwing away my vote to one of the third parties. Had to pick the lesser of two evils.

"BuT tHeY aTtAcKeD aMeRiCaN tRoOpS fIrSt!!" 😫😱
You wanna know how you stop attacks on American troops in Iraq?
Get the fuck out of Iraq.
But of course they won't do that; big ole combination of the military-industrial complex, stealing the oil and geo-political maneuvering will keep the American Empire there forever.
Well, until someone with the right principles and the will to follow through with them is elected that is.

5462988
So... You're FOR continued conflict, fewer jobs, weaker economy, a politician who's ready to sell out to China, and an undefended border. Gotcha.

5462999
Like I said a few blogs back, I can't really grasp politics. Most of the stuff they say in debates, press conferences, and the sort goes over my head. All I know is how to judge a man based off of key facts that I pick up on them.

Trump is a guy who never admits he's wrong, makes up excuses to avoid responsibility, and never seems to learn or tries to better himself because he has it in his head that he's already perfect. That's not leadership material, that's a coward afraid to face reality. A leader should be one that admits his faults and shows concern for other over himself.

Biden isn't perfect, I don't even know what his views are on many things, but presidential elections don't really give us a whole lot of options. It's either the leading Democrat or the leading Republican, majority of people aren't going to vote for anyone else. I know I didn't want Trump, so...

5463008
Best example why democracy and meritocracy are mutually exclusive.

5462936
5462965

See what I mean? Cheap generalizations and oversimplifications to make the conservative viewpoint sound good.

Not all liberals are war hawks, and that's not the only issue that caused people to vote for Biden so don't pretend like it is. We saw Obama's policies with drone strikes and we knew what Biden would do, but there were other issues more important to us than that. Also the DNC didn't really give liberals any good options.

Yeah we should have all just written in Bernie as a middle finger to the DNC after the shitshow of the last two primaries, but people aren't educated enough about write-ins to see that he cage they're in doesn't exist, so that wouldn't work in practice. Not that Bernie would get anything we want done either, but then at least the DNC would understand that we disapprove.

5462984
Very true.

I'm curious what specifics your friends are pointing to as symptoms of the coming collapse.

5462988
So you're ok with a weak economy, a weak president, fewer jobs, higher gas prices, sucking Chinas cock, and escalating Wars in the middle east?

5462984
Too right. I'm honestly surprised it hasn't already happened. When the January 6th events took place, several people I knew thought that might be the beginning of it, and the media has certainly tried to oversell its significance and scope in efforts to create stochastic events that would justify martial law and the ensuing escalating actions.

There's also that old rule of thumb: "If a liberal accuses you of something, they're the ones doing it."
5463066
I'm going to bet that Amereep's source of political information is John Oliver and Stephen Colbert.

5463008
And that's why you fail so massively. You don't know Biden's Policies, yet you voted for him. He's a firm believer in Wilsonian politics where International Interventionalism takes precedent. He's an old hat globalist who believes the United States should be the power leading the world, instead of allowing the world to develop with a helping hand. He's more than happy to raise our taxes so his party can waste them on 'Gender Education' in Pakistan. HELL, his 1.9 Trillion Dollar "Covid Relief" package is 80% unrelated to Covid Relief. Barely 20% of it goes to actually helping the country. The rest of it is going into useless Pet Projects the Democrat Party has been pushing for the last decade!

But no... Orange man Bad. You know, despite making efforts towards Peace on the Korean Peninsula, 4 Peace Deals, Massive Troop Reductions, extremely limited and focused conflict actions. Standing up to the biggest threat our Country has ever faced (China, incase you're still somehow unaware.) and actually HURTING them without ever firing a shot. The largest Private Sector job growth in literal Decades WITH pay increases that haven't been seen in nearly 40 years. Huge Reductions in Government overreach and oh.. Oh yes, one of the best economies we've seen before this entire ridiculous China virus scare that so many people are hyped up on. Oh yeah... Wasn't he the one who also has been wanting to get schools reopened and people back to their jobs... Since July. Oh and let's not forget, the most Secure border we've had in over a century. Illegal border crossings were at their lowest point in history when he left office.

But nope, guess that's not good enough... We now have Biden, who's reversed all of that, getting us embroiled back in foreign conflicts from which we have no reason to be in, and is attempting to stoke Russia into a conflict on the European front while sucking up to China.

5463018
You... You're actually gonna try to pull that. Hah, okay. I don't care if "Not all liberals are Warhawks!" If ya vote a warhawk in, EXPECT to see war on the horizon! Biden, is a classic Wilsonian Interventionalist. He is happy to throw our troops out into the field for some innocuous gain that isn't going to benefit anyone except the Military Industrial Complex and all the corporate support structures behind them. The DNC doesn't fucking care about your opinion either. They own you. Your vote is theirs whether you like it or not. And as for the DNC's lame duck 'socialist' Bernie, if you think any of his policies would work, you're an idiot.

Trump was voted in because he was actually an outsider who very much didn't care for the way Washington did things. He drew the ire of so many establishment politicians that they're STILL going after him. To their detriment. They're petty children throwing a tantrum while thinking they can go back to the way things were before Trump. Except due to their actions and behavior, half the country is now entrenched so firmly against them that they are literally talking about making half the country the next Drone target field. Of course, you don't care. Trump is out of office

5463066
What I'm not okay with is a guy who gives secrets through tweets, didn't have a plan for a vaccine distribution, doesn't believe his country's CIA, doesn't believe there are US soldiers with bounties placed on them, says there are fine people on both sides (despite one side yelling racist chants), showed no concern for his vice-president's safety, and leaving the current president with a mess that wasn't even attempted because he was too busy at building himself up; claiming that he's the smartest man we'll ever know.

Bottom line, Trump places himself above the law, above the country with no concern other than gaining praises.

5463158
Bottom line is that you will believe any sensationalist headline that is put in front of you regardless of the truth. I'm curious to see if the clop-alt account is interested in decrying actual propaganda-fueled falsehoods rather than just shouting it blindly in place of arguments against anyone right of communism.

5463008
You are the example for why not everyone should be allowed to vote. Admit you know nothing of policies, but vote based on "he's an ass".

5463156
You're just using the same argument over again. No reasonable liberal wants more war either.
And then you're saying votes count for something after the conservatives were yelling about election fraud for months. Hypocritical much?

It's quite rude to tell people why they did things instead of trying to understand why they did things. But by all means keep circlejerking down the warpath and see where that gets you. At least then you'd be a collapsitarian if we're being generous.

People with different views aren't the enemy. Has everyone forgotten walstreetbets already? It's the wealthy neoliberals and neoconservatives strip mining our society for everything they can get. The corrupt people you're complaining are going after Trump even now aren't the liberals, they're the kleptocrats.

5463020
I’m probably missing several bullet points and a hon of nuanced information as I didn’t live through those events, but here’s the gist of it from memory.

The overall division of the people growing wider both economically and ideology wise. The US used to be a melting pot, not it’s more of isolated subgroups. Historically speaking, nations that do that, fail.

Government becoming more and more powerful and openly corrupt, with the media largely being their propaganda arm instead of telling fact.

Militarized police forces. Politicians calling for special police forces or policing powers, money becoming inflated creating an even larger wealth gap, etc.

5463008
You admit to not understanding policies but vote instead based on "character". It's all PR lmao. They are politicians, none of them are your friend.

5463214

Bottom line is that you will believe any sensationalist headline that is put in front of you regardless of the truth.

*Looks at a 2013 video of a series of recorded clips of Trump.*

*Notes the prideful nature. A business man at heart that sells himself out in some of his products and choices.*
*Looks over at book.*
upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c5/Too_Much_and_Never_Enough_Front_Cover_%282020_first_edition%29.jpg/800px-Too_Much_and_Never_Enough_Front_Cover_%282020_first_edition%29.jpg
*Notes the name of Trump's niece, a psychologist.*
*Looks over at video, going into deeper detail.*

*Begins to consider that someone so close to Donald should know what they're talking about when talking about him.*
*Turns towards video about COVID.*

*Notices how he downplays the virus, almost lying or thought up on the spot, and calls CORONA the 'China virus', a sign of disrespect and possibly blaming China as a way to redirecting attention.*
*Glances at another video.*

*Notices that he's having a difficult time at just saying a few words, like it goes against his nature.*
*Begins to reevaluate Trump. A businessman sells, maintaining an image of trust and likeness through various ways such as stretching the truth and make up false facts, but the sign that he can't say a few words against his nature indicates a state of unstableness. And the assumption that he wouldn't go towards any length to maintain his positive image seems that far out of the question.*
*Foreboding fear begins to cloud mind.*

...you say that headlines are lying to me, I'm saying Trump is misleading you. No matter how we banter or insult, nothing is going to change our minds and the way we perceive things.

5463315
First off, learn how to express yourself without all this emote junk. *sips tea* *slaps you with a trout* *chuckles softly* *slits own throat in shame at using this* Second,

and calls CORONA the 'China virus', a sign of disrespect and possibly blaming China as a way to redirecting attention.

"A sign of disrespect"? "Possibly blaming China"? Are you fucking serious? The virus came from a virology lab in Wuhan, China. The outbreak vector started in Wuhan, China. There is zero confusion about this, but you apparently value "disrespecting China" higher than holding the people responsible for the disease to it, as well as living under a rock for the last year. Third,

...you say that headlines are lying to me, I'm saying Trump is misleading you. No matter how we banter or insult, nothing is going to change our minds and the way we perceive things.

The sign of the truly ignorant. By your own statement here: 5463008

I can't really grasp politics. Most of the stuff they say in debates, press conferences, and the sort goes over my head.

And yet, you claim to have absolute conviction that you are right and "nothing is going to change (y)our mind". All this garbage that you're engrossed with has nothing to do with the job he did as President of the US; you're basically gossiping about tabloid rumors as if they had meaning.

While in office, Trump successfully defused the North Korea issue, which had gone completely unchecked during previous administrations where North Korea had continuously extorted money by threatening to level Seoul and refusing to honor their commitments. He reduced unnecessary and harmful regulations that were forcing US companies to work at a huge disadvantage compared to foreign firms. He introduced incentives and penalties to encourage US companies to move their manufacturing operations back to the country and stop using tax havens to hide their revenue. He kept the country out of new wars. He pushed through renovation and funding for the Veterans' Affairs offices, because their treatment of, and ability to, help our veterans was shameful. He leveraged trade agreements with China that actually benefited the US for the first time in a generation. He got Mexico to actually work with the US to stop the flow of outright murderers and gang/cartel members slipping across the border by hiding among legal immigrants. He got the other countries in the NATO alliance to start paying their fair share of the bill to maintain those forces, reducing the US's expenditures on policing the whole world. He brought the US to energy independence and off reliance on foreign oil, vastly reducing the leverage foreign countries could use against the US.

But yeah no, some Youtube video about his niece, that's TOTALLY the most important thing to go off of.

5463315
*Notices bulge*
UwU What's this?

5463383
*I put on my robe and wizard hat*

5463277
Sounds about right

So what did they recommend doing about it; just getting the heck out of dodge?

5463351
I'm done.

I came here to give my opinion, possibly exchange a couple point-of-views on the matter, and agree to disagree. I didn't come here to be told if I'm right or wrong for my feelings on the subject.

5463411
Basically prepare for things (in a lot of ways you wouldn’t normally anticipate) and accept you still probably can lose everything, or leave. Unfortunately there really aren’t any solid places to go, so most of them are preparing for things.

Who knows what’ll happen though. Personally no matter how well prepared I am, I’m 100% fucked of something kicks off simply due to where I live and moving isn’t in the cards.

5463427
That's the worst aspect of it for me. If (but likely when) something happens, so many innocent people will be harmed no matter what. Whether to outright violence, starvation because the interstate highways are locked down, disease because of the same, or a straight up purge. And then foreign involvement will carve us up for resources, splitting apart families and friends.

It's obvious that we're being driven to this point artificially, yet for all the instances in history, the same mistakes will repeat.
