It's really wild up here. My country's leader is basically paraphrasing Hitler and is also accusing Jewish people of standing with Swastikas if they support truckers.

Yeah, I know. I've been following it ever since the protest started. As someone who is triple vaxxed, personally, I had mixed feelings about the whole thing. But regardless of whether one supports the truckers or not, one should condemn 'Trudolf' for handling the situation.
Calling peaceful protest an insurrection, treating fellow citizens as 'fringe minority,' not wanting to talk to them, freezing bank accounts, trying to smear them as terrorist/Nazis/whatnot... And when all that failed, trying to use an emergency act designed for war-like times to crush them...
I don't use these words lightly, but this really reminds me of a dark chapter in Poland's history when our Commies were trying to pull the same stuff against the democratic opposition
