If I had not watched the episode I could not say whether that is Twilight who dyed her coat and main to look like Rainbow's, or Rainbow Dash who change her main style to troll with Twilight.

The egghead virus seems to be benieghn. Currently known victims include: Moondancer, Rainbow "Danger" Dash, Twilight Sparkle. There is no cure. Symptoms include: paranoia, excessive studying, OCD, and that manecut.

Patient Rainbow Dash has had a unique reaction to the virus, specifically hallucinationagenic effects when exposed to books. We hypothesize that this effect is caused as a result of her inner "awesome" as she calls it, rejecting the studying.

Patients Twilight Sparkle and Moondancer adamantly deny the existence of any such virus and blame patient Rainbow Dash's hallucinations on "Tree Hugger's brownies," but we know better. Nopony would ever willingly subject themselves to the tortures of "learning"
