Greetings my fellow bronies from around the world. And welcome to another exciting blog of adopting fanfiction! It's been a long time since we had one of these, but here we are everyone, ready to continue with more ideas of mine to be given away for free. Well, okay there was that clop version of ideas I gave out but nobody was interested in that shock of shocks. I did work hard on thinking those people! :(

Anyway, if this is your first time reading my blog and/or Adoption post allow me to quickly explain. I have tons of ideas I get for MLP fanfiction, I can't just write them because reality is cruel and unforgiving. A few adoptions have gone through and even been published by the time of this blog. There is nothing wrong with taking an idea from somebody and giving your own twist on it, provided you acknowledge the idea came from somewhere else.

Today's series of adoptions are going to be kind of ones that are depressing yet also very funny. Kinda like life I would say. So read on and enjoy.

1. Title: The Silent World

Idea Summary: “A virus struck all Equestria, making every pony, creature, EVERY LIVING THING, unable to speak, causing society to collapse. However, Big Macintosh managed to avoid the virus. So now he has to deal with taking care of his family.”

-The idea was inspired by my friend LtMajorDude. In this scenario, everypony loses their ability to speak. No words. No vowels. Nothing. We never really get a scenario of what would happen if everyone was to lose the ability of one of their five senses. Chaos naturally. In the ironic twist, Big Macintosh is the “sole survivor” of this and is the only one who can talk.

-The challenge of this would be mostly writing a narrative based story with very little dialogue. Big Mac has to take care of his family in a world gone completely mad. There might be those who want him for his voice, thinking he is the way to cure everything, or they may think of him as a threat to the new silent society that has been formed. If you like stories with the downfall of society as a single individual tries to survive in such a world, this is one for you.

2. Title: Loving The Enemy

Idea Summary: “Humanity has been victorious against its war against Equestria, proving that they have the right to exist after all. The royal sisters have been executed, the army in shambles, its allies abandoned. The Harmony that Equestria sought to bring humanity via Conversion is no more. With now access to magic, humanity begins to shape its new destiny into a better world. With Equestrian now an occupied nation under the UN, reconstruction efforts as well as democratization of the former kingdom are underway. Since the end of the war, Equestria has had to carry their broken pride while protesting the change to their lives, some even resisting with force.

Apple Bloom, now an adult who has been through the trials of the war upon losing her older brother, takes care of the farm with her sister who hates humans. However, one day she meets with a human solider who she starts a friendship and begins to fall in love with him. Yet how long can she keep it a secret before her sister, friends, and townsfolk find out and declare her a traitor.”

-Again, another Anti-Conversion fic. Sorry, I just hate that series. In this one, years after the fall of Equestria, it’s now a occupied UN territory who are trying to do the same thing America did to Japan after WWII. Apple Bloom, now an adult, finds herself befriending a human solider who has been station in Ponyville. While most of her friend and family still hate humans for what they did to their country, Apple Bloom realizes that it’s time to move on and that maybe things aren’t black and white.

-The idea of a human and pony together is still a new thing in this world, it’s not all hated, but it’s not all loved either.

3. Title: From Twilight, Comes the Light

Summary: “Twilight had done it. Tirek was finally dead. She had restored the magic of Equestria. But at what cost? The other Princesses, her friends, Spike, and even Discord are all dead. He stole everything she had and now she has nothing. Twilight wants nothing more than to join them all in death, but before she can do this she realizes that Equestria needs her. As the last princess, the last element, she must guide them in a world where threats now seek to take advantage of this weakened Equestria. Even if it will cost her life, Twilight Sparkle will redeem herself and protect Equestria.”

-This is an AU where Tirek killed Twilight’s loved ones and friends rather than holding them hostage or sending them to Tartarus. Despite killing Tirek, she failed to save everything she loved and now has to rule Equestria on her own. She faces Changelings, Griffins, even her own subjects who try to cause chaos. She is torn between her morals and tough choices, all while feeling the guilt of letting her best friends and teachers die.

-Twilight is facing both survivor’s guilt and PTSD with what she’s been through. She does somewhat wish she died with them, even at points not caring about Equestria since she’s given so much up yet lost all she treasured. But she isn’t all alone. Shining Armor and her family are there. Trixie will support her as will her friend’s family. And if you want, even Sunset Shimmer and Flash Sentry.

4. Title: How many butts can you buck?

Summary: “It’s no surprise that Rainbow Blitz and Elusive are the biggest bachelor’s in Ponyville. They’ve slept with so many ponies, male and female, that their reputation precedes them. However, both decide to have competition to see which of them the better lover is by having a contest to see who can buck the most ponies in one week.”

-Pretty much a sex comedy. This is where two ponies (Doesn’t have to be the ones above, can be anyone) have a contest to see who can claim the most lovers in bed in a week. This can be anthro if you want.

5. Title: A Liar Is Our Savior (Adopted by Socks)

Summary: “I have been living a lie since I was ten years old, ever since I came to this world. A world where there was still hope before a horrible evil took control of it all and cause the future to fall into tyranny and death. I was sent to go back in time and kill her before she could become this evil and I succeeded. The evil I had sworn to kill was dead. I took her place. I took her destiny. Her friends and family. I took it all because I had nothing left. But now she has come to this world. The future I stopped became a parallel universe that followed me. Now that evil seeks to take over my new home, forcing me to reveal my lie.

I am not Twilight Sparkle. I am Sunset Shimmer.”

-In this fic Sunset Shimmer is from dark desolated future where Twilight is ruler of everything after getting power hungry from absorbing the alicorns powers. She has been part of a resistance against Twilight lead by Spike and Applejack. After performing a spell to send her back in time, Sunset, back in her own ten year old body, faked her death and killed Twilight at the age of ten. However, she couldn’t go back to her time and so using her magic took Twilight’s Identity. Pretending to be Twilight Sparke throughout the series while the real one was dead.

-After season 4, Evil Twilight from the future arrives, having traced Sunset back here. Because her past self is dead, her current self can appear instead of taking her form. Everyone is shocked at the sight of two Twilights and are horrified that this one is evil. Twilight is arrested after helping fight her off, but has no choice but to reveal herself fas Sunset Shimmer and tells the truth. After digging up the fake Sunset's body and ending the spell revealing the dead past Twilight, everyone is confused on what to do.

-Cadance, Shining Armor, and her former parent make it clear they hate her and will never forgive her for killing Twilight even if it was to save the future. Sunset’s friends stick by her though, although they feel a bit doubtful of Sunset and hurt by what has happened. Spike sticks by her too. Celestia is pressured to charge Sunset with murder by various ponies, but manages to convince them that they need Sunset to stop evil Twilight and that she has also saved them many times. Sunset has to fight evil Twilight while also having to deal with her own past mistakes

6. Title: A Pet For A Day

Summary: “After Tank’s recovery from hibernation, Rainbow Dash is excited to have her friend back and so a pet party is planned. During it, Twilight tries as to cast a spell to let the pets read their owners minds. Instead, it has them switched, giving them the bodies of their pets while their pets take their bodies and now can talk. Thankfully, the spell only lasts a day, but what will each group do in those 24 hours?’
-There have been stories of the pets getting pony bodies and ponies getting pet bodies, but not the mind switch thing. A lot can be done with this kind of story.
