Greetings my fellow bronies from around the world. Yup, it’s Adoption Time again. Come on grab your friends. We’ll go to very distant lands. With PC the Lapdog and Rated the Human, the fun just never ends, Adoption Time!
If this is your first time reading my blog and/or Adoption post allow me to quickly explain. I have tons of ideas I get for MLP fanfiction, I can't just write them because I have so much time and so little to do…wait, strike that. Reverse it. A few adoptions have happened, with one published by the time of this blog. There is nothing wrong with taking an idea from somebody and giving your own twist on it, provided you acknowledge the idea came from somewhere else.
Just also to let people know, I’ll be alerting you in every adoption blog from now on when an idea somebody adopted is free again. In this case:
Title: We Were Too Late
Summary: “Scootaloo never talked about her home life, leading others to suspect there was something wrong. When Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle find out that Scootaloo’s mother is abusive towards her, they get their sister’s and Rainbow Dash to help her out. But when they arrive they catch Scootaloo’s mother trying to drag a large garbage out into the woods and stop her, only to find something horrifying in the bag.”
-We all know Scootabuses usually have Scootaloo being saved by her abuse, but what if it was too late? What if the unthinkable happened and there was nothing they could do? How would those who knew and loved Scootaloo react knowing that she was abused and they failed to stop it before her life was lost?

1. Twilight The Blood Mage (adopted by lupin the vapour )
Idea Premise: “Twilight knew it was forbidden. The moment she did it, she would be hunted down and killed for it. Once she made this one step there was no going back for her. Yet to save her friends lives, to save her home, to save those she loved, she would do anything.
Even become a Blood Mage.”
-In this idea, Twilight uses the ultimate forbidden magic known as Blood Magic. After using it to save Ponyville and her friends, Twilight flees because the price of using Blood Magic is death. Celestia, although heartbroken, has no choice but to send her forces to destroy Princess Twilight, declaring her an enemy of the state. While Twilight’s family, fellow Princesses, and others are against her, her best friends are still by her side and want to help her but she’s long gone.
-With nowhere else to run, Twilight flees to the Badlands, a place where all criminals, lowborn scum, or those who like anarchy live. It’s the only place the Princesses authority can’t reach her and it’s her last safe haven. Twilight not only has to adapt to the new live she leads, but also try to figure out what she’s gonna do with herself now that she’s lost everything and is in a land of anarchy and survival of the fittest.
-What happens after this is up to the reader, the endings I can up with were: Twilight willing returns to Equestria and is executed, Twilight’s death is faked and either very few or nopony knows, or Twilight unites the Badlands and becomes it’s ruler, forcing Celestia no choice but to leave her alone unless she wants to risk war.
2. Even The Earth Changes
Idea Summary: “The last time Applejack and Big Macintosh ever spoke to their sister was 14 years ago, when they learned that she was dating a human. They kicked her out, ordering her never to come back and that she was dead to them. Apple Bloom never wrote back or even attempted to come back after that. Further problems came from their friends who were angry at them, and soon the Apple Siblings had nopony else but each other and the rest of their family. Well, those who still speak to them.
It’s been 14 years and both Applejack and Big Macintosh regret it to this very day. They are torn between their hatred for the same race that killed their Pa and lead their Ma to die in grief, and the love of their youngest sibling who is happy, just like they always wanted.
With Big Macintosh dying of illness, Applejack sends a letter to her sister asking her to come home and say her goodbyes. She agrees and maybe this time they can finally bury the hatchet.”
-This is a story of a family trying to heal. It can be pony or anthro, but the premise is that humans discovered Equestria 100 years ago through portal techncology and the two sides have been helping each other since, with both their races living in each other’s world. Applejack’s father was killed by a human murder and the loss let her mother to die in grief after Apple Bloom was born. Because of this, both Applejack and Big Macintosh hate humans, blaming them for their parents death.
-The show obviously went through some different changes with humans around. Maybe the defeated Nightmare Moon without the Elements. Maybe some of the Elements were human. Up to you, but Applejack in this story is NOT the Element of Honesty. She’s just an Apple Farmer who happens to be friends with some of the Elements.
-Apple Bloom met a human solider who was stationed in Equestria and the two fell in love. However, when Applejack and Macintosh learned of this they flipped and ordered her to either give him up or leave. Apple Bloom refused and so she, with her human lover, moved to the human world where they soon married, had kids, and she leads a good life.
-When others heard of what the Apples did their popularity sunk with some of their friends and even family refusing to speak to them again. Even their business took a hit. 14 years past and Applejack and Big Macintosh regret their mistake, despite still disliking humans. When Mac gets ill and knows he doesn’t have much time left, he asks his sister to get Apple Bloom to come home so they can make peace.
-Apple Bloom, learning her brother is dying, goes home alone to say her goodbyes. She forgives him and soon he dies. After Mac’s funeral, Applejack and Apple Bloom decide to spend time again together, to try and bury the past and accept Apple Bloom’s new life.
3. My Last Wishes (adopted by bahatumay)
Idea Summary: “When Flutteshy revealed herself as a changeling all those years ago, her friends were shocked, hurt, and confused. Thankfully, their friendship never changed and she was able to stay in Equestria with the princess’s blessing. However, five years later Fluttershy passes away much to the grief of her friends. To honor their friend, they must now follow her last wishes: 1. Return her body to her mother, Queen Chrysalis and let her know she loves her. And 2. Make peace with the Changelings.”
-We all know stories where the ponies find out a friend is a changeling and there is drama and all that, well this one is already past that and enters a different territory. Fluttershy, as we learn, is Queen Chrysalis’s daughter who ran away because her mother cared more about her power then her own daughter, something she now regrets. Fluttershy dies, through whatever means you want, and her will states what was said in the summary.
-Upon learning her daughter has died, Chrysalis is in deep regret and gives her daughter the best sendoff possible. She’s now torn between making peace with the ponies like her daughter wanted, or going back to war with them like some of her more powerful advisors want. With the ponies help Chrysalis must find a way to create peace or risk Civil War.
4. Buttmare Rises (Adopted by TheFanGuy)
Idea Summary: “Criminals of the Night must beware. A new hero is here. One that shall crush you with her mighty flank! With rear cheeks of steal, tail of justice, and plot of mesmerizing proportions. Buttmare is here to sit on evil’s face and fart in its general direction!”
-Don’t ask. I got dared to do this. Someone, who I swear I will kill one day now (he’s not a brony or on this site), dared me to do this because I got my ass kicked in Marvel vs Capcom 2. He told me make a superhero pony that uses her butt to fight crime. I told him no, I said I’d compromise and make it an option on my next adoption blog. He agreed.
-And yes it can me mature rated.
-I’m going to kill you, Nick, if you are reading this. I swear.
5. Even I Have Limits (Adopted by Tepid Phantom)
Idea Summary: “Diamond Tiara has made fun of Apple Bloom for almost everything. Her poor lifestyle, her crazy Granny, even for being a blank flank. But there is one thing Diamond Tiara never touches, something even she knows is wrong to make fun off.
So when another student makes fun of Apple Bloom for having dead parents…
… Diamond Tiara is the first pony to beat him up.”
-In this story, the CMC manages to make another student angry to the point where it becomes a shouting match between him and Apple Bloom. It enters really bad territory when he shouts, “At least my parents aren’t dead!” and this makes Apple Bloom cry. Then, to everypony’s shock, Diamond Tiara rushes over and beats the living crap out of him. Shouting at him to take it back and apologize. Needless to say, everypony, including Apple Bloom is shocked.
-After the parents are brought in, with the boy getting in BIG trouble for what he said and Diamond Tiara for fighting. Apple Bloom, however, wants to know why Diamond Tiara defended her and slowly learns that Diamond Tiara lost her mother a long time ago. Because of them both knowing loss the two slowly bond and begin to heal.
6. Raising Chaos (Adopted by Starnight)
Idea Summary: “Tirek, with all the magic in the world now his, decides to destroy the Mane Six once and for all, but Discord takes the full blast. With his last dying breaths, he apologizes to his friends for what he did, and they forgive him, telling him he did good before he passes away. The final key is found in the forum of Discord’s last tear as the six uses the Rainbow Power to destroy Tirek for his crimes.
Despite victory, it seems hollow as they heroes mourn the loss of their friend, even Celestia seems regretful that Discord’s life was lost. However, to the shock of all, Discord’s remains transform and soon an egg is made.
It seems even Chaos cannot fully die.”
-Discord sacrifices himself to save the girls from Tirek and earn his redemption, but dies in the process. His remains become an egg that soon hatches into a baby Discord with no memories of his past. The mane six decide to raise this Discord and teach him to use his powers for good.”
7. Our Struggle, Our Love, Our Baby (Adopted by TheFanGuy)
Idea Summary: “Braeburn and Soarin, married for three years, feel that there is something missing in their lives: a foal of their own. However, they cannot have a foal, being to guys, and only a special spell for mare couples works only for them. Deciding’s it’s time Stallion Couples have a shot, they turn to Twilight Sparkle for help in creating a spell so that males can get pregnant.
Seeing this as a challenge and wanting to help her subjects, Twilight works hard and manages to make a spell that works. Braeburn decides to be the carrier, and soon enough he is with child. Yet it’s not all rainbow’s and sunshine, the difficulties of being pregnant soon come as do threats from Mare Couples who feel this is wrong and believe the spell should only be for them. To make matters worse, Twilight says that there maybe a chance both Braeburn and the child may not survive.
Can love hold out in the toughest struggles these two will ever have to face?”
-We’ve seen so many stories where f/f couples get pregnant thanks to magic or something, but I have yet to see a story focus on m/m. I’m hoping somebody will take this story and give them a detailed story of how the magic makes them work and the sruggles they go with.
-It doesn’t have to be Braeburn and Soarin either, just any male couple will do, even R63 mane six if you want.
-One thing that would be interesting to see is the Mare Couples against the idea of Stallions getting pregnant, seeing it like it’s there privilege only. Maybe because it’s a female dominated society or maybe because they feel only females in general deserve the right who knows up to you. As for the straight couples? They don’t care. An interesting twist on things huh?

Also I would like to adopt Our Love Our Baby because I really have some ideas as of where to go with that (Like one of the stallions Temporarily becoming a mare until the foal is born, The foal wondering how it has two daddies, Some embarrassment on the foal's part if it eventually learns that one of it's daddies once was a mommy, Etc.)
