Greetings my fellow bronies from around the world and welcome to Revenge of Rated's Fanfiction Adoption Agency.
If this is your first time reading my blog or and Adoption post allow me to quickly explain. I have tons of ideas I get for MLP fanfiction, I can't stop time to do them all nor can I clone myself to create my own mass army of writers so instead I give them out to the people to write them should they choose too. A few adoptions have happened, none published at the time of this blog, but there is nothing wrong with taking an idea from somebody and giving your own twist on it, provided you acknowledge the idea came from somewhere else.

As you can see I have an obsession with movie titles.
It's first come first serve, so if you want to adopt a story please say so on the comics or by PMing me. You may also spread this news to other people that you know who may be interested in any of the ideas as well. Spread the word.
So let's see this batch shall we?
1. Six Days
Summary: “When the Girls gave the elements back to the tree it did more than just take the jewels. It took the girls life force as well to make sure it was powerful enough to live because the girls are the elements themselves. With no way to reverse this, it is with a grave heart that Celestia tells them they only have six more days to live.”
-A really tearjerker twist where the tree needed more than just the elements to survive. The entire story is about the girls spending their last six days saying goodbye to their loved ones, doing last minute things, and preparing for their deaths before it happens as well as Celestia, Luna, and Discord feeling guilty for it all. They must die; there is no backing out on this.
2. We Were Too Late
Summary: “Scootaloo never talked about her home life, leading others to suspect there was something wrong. When Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle find out that Scootaloo’s mother is abusive towards her, they get their sister’s and Rainbow Dash to help her out. But when they arrive they catch Scootaloo’s mother trying to drag a large garbage out into the woods and stop her, only to find something horrifying in the bag.”
-We all know Scootabuses usually have Scootaloo being saved by her abuse, but what if it was too late? What if the unthinkable happened and there was nothing they could do? How would those who knew and loved Scootaloo react knowing that she was abused and they failed to stop it before her life was lost?
3. Vengeance Even In Death
Summary: “Poor Spike…
Your friend Twilight just had to ask why the tree had both your princesses’ cutie marks on it. And now they are all dead, killed by the two whom you trusted the most, their bodies and yours now buried in unmarked graves inside the forest. All the while the world believes in a lie that you all sacrificed yourself for the good of Equestria. I can feel your hatred emanating even now, in my void.
You are wondering why you are not in the next life, but that is because you are not fully dead. The princesses’ understate the resistance of magic for a dragon, even for a tiny one such as you. This has caused me to become interested in you, baby dragon. I am the Outsider, the only one preventing you from dying, and I can grant you your revenge on those who actually believe they are gods.
All you have to do is amuse me.”
-A Dishonored crossover, Twilight asks Celestia and Luna during the fourth season opening why their cutie marks are on the tree, leading to both princesses to killing Twilight, her friends, and Spike. But Spike, thought dead, barley survives and gets the interest of everybody’s strange and mysterious god, The Outsider who keeps him alive. He allows Spike to train in his mind, his body growing all the same, and gives him his mark which gives him the powers Corvo had in the game, but also other ones if the writer wants. But just because he has these powers and training doesn’t mean it’s gonna be easy. After all, it’s one dragon against tens of thousands who are loyal to Celestia and Luna, who are powerful in of themselves. So no God Spike or anything.
-Spike awakens at age 17, and determined to find out why Celesta and Luna killed Twilight and his friends and get his revenge. But the Equestria he is in is different than before, how different is up to the writer. There can be a rebellion, there can be civil war, the Everfree forest could be returned and more.
-Another idea the writer can do is give readers choices to affect the story’s progression and the ending.
4. “Equilibrium”
Summary: “For a long time, magic has done the duties of what nature once held. The sun and moon move on their own, the animals ignore the instincts, weather is made, and all this in the name of “Harmony”. The Everfree Forest was the last place of true freedom for nature to grow and live, but after five years of hard work, through the efforts of Twilight Sparkle and the Princesses, the forest is now gone with plans to develop a new city beginning to take place.
The earth has had enough. Nature must return. In order to achieve this, drastic actions must be taken. And catastrophes will come that none can stop.”
-This was inspired by Nature of the Everfree, this goes by the notion that maybe magic controlling everything isn't right, that it goes against the natural order of life. In nature, there must be balance and if one side is too much an equal force from the opposite must exist to balance things out. So how harsh are the repetitions? We’re talking plagues in Egypt here.
-The story is centered around how Equestria at its highest, is slowly destroyed to a state at its lowest from nature itself by a series of calamities. The writer is free to create his or her own, but these are my suggestions:
- Soil goes bad and crops go bad (Poor Apples)
-Pegasi lose the ability to safely touch and control clouds (Poor Cloudsdale)
-Animals revert back to their primal nature and cannot be controlled (Poor Fluttershy)
-Magic doesn’t work for sixty days or until the plague is over (Poor Twilight)
-Disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornado, storms, etc (Poor Rainbow Dash)
-Magical items stop working (Augh! My Pacemaker!)
-Trees grow and slowly take over Equestria much like in the invasion of the Everfree Forest, but this time its not because of Discord and the Tree of Harmony can’t do anything
-A sixty day eclipse and then the moon and sun move on their own, leaving Celestia and Luna little to no power (Poor Alicorns)
5. Mistakes Were Made, But You Can Fix Them Over Time (Adopted by Leapingriver)
Summary: “Ever since she learned that she would never be able to fly, Scootaloo’s life has gone downhill. She’s never found her cutie mark, she’s been using drugs in secret, got in trouble with the police more than once, and slowly ruined the friendships she had with her best friends, her idol, and her parents before ultimately running away from home but is soon arrested and sent to jail for five years.
Five years of hell, abuse, and regrets makes her finally realizes the mess she’s made of her life. Now free, she resolves to clean up her act by heading home to restart her life. And fix the burned bridges she has made with everypony in town that has all but shunned her. But Scootaloo won’t give up easily, she’ll fix every mistake she ever made even if takes years. “
-A Scootaloo redemption story, something you don’t see that often I think. In this story, Scootlao learned that she has a disability that will never let fly, thus crushing her dreams forever. In rage and sorrow, she becomes a punk as a teenager and gets into trouble while secretly doing drugs and getting in danger, it’s not helped by the fact that she slowly grows resentment over her concerned friends because they have their cutie marks and she doesn’t. She pretty much becomes the town’s delinquent o the point where her friends and Rainbow Dash can’t stand her anymore and her parents kick her out when they find out she’s been using drugs. Scootaloo runs away with stolen money from her parents, but ends up getting in jail for drug possession and it’s the final straw for everypony in Ponyville as they leave her to her fate.
-Scootaloo goes through a living hell like most prisoners do in jail, and realizes that she’s the one to blame for all her mistakes and vows to fix them. After being release she manages to head back to Ponyville only to find nopony, even her friends and family, want anything to do with her. Despite this, Scootaloo manages to gets a job and slowly stars to earn her redemption, rebuilding her connections to her family, her friends, Rainbow Dash, and the town as well. All while trying to fight off the shame of her past. This is a redemption story that doesn’t happen over a few months, it’s gonna take years for everypony to forgive her and welcome her back, but ultimately she does get her life back. How she does it is up to the reader.
6. Knight Lulamoon
Summary: “Despite Twilight’s forgiveness, Celestia still finds Trixie guilty of her crimes and sends her to seven years in prison, hornless and shamed. For seven months, Trixie is alone, scared, and haunted by the mistakes of her past, only wishing for a second chance to make everything right. Luna, seeing her dreams, takes pity on Trixie and decides to enact and old law before her banishment. She gives Trixie a choice, either spend the next seven years in prison, or serve her sentence as a member of the Lunar Guard.”
-I’m really getting into redemption ideas today, huh? Like most Trixie Redemption stories, this takes place after Magic Duel, Trixie’s horn is removed and she’s sent to jail to serve her sentence for her crimes. Luna offers to get her out, but only if she serves the remaining years as a Lunar Guard (without her horn). Trixie agrees and after basic training has to deal with the strange sense of have new responsibilities, and prejudice from other Night Guards due to her checked past. Overtime thought, she does become a good guard and earns their respect. Anything else is up to the reader.
And that's all I got folks. Next time. We'll get a little "R" rated if you know what I mean.
That "Vengeance even in Death" is an interesting one... Too bad I have too much on my plate as it is.

That Scootaloo one catches my interest, number 5 "Mistakes Were Made, But You Can Fix Them Over Time". I like those types stories, haven't posted one in this fandom, but I liked this one's plot. May I adopt it?

Just to get one thing clear: If someone chooses to do one of the several ideas you've posted, does that mean it's off-limits to anyone else who wishes to do it?

It's first come first serve. So you have to take an idea that isn't adopted. If they wish to drop the idea they need to tell me and it can be open again. If your having trouble figuring out which of the ideas you should take allow me to ask you these questions:
-Do you want a long story or a short story?
-Light hearted or serious?
-Any specific characters?
-Love? Tragedy? Adventure? Romance? Comedy?
