Mine was made by this one guy whose identity is a bit of a mystery. Just showed up at my page one day and asked me to put it on. I was going to make one anyway, but they got ahead of me. I've been seeing him pop up and offer hatted avatars to people in my circle as well, as well as related acts and writing stables.
I wonder who this kind gentleman or lady is, really.
