G4M Chapter 6 Draft and EQD Replies · 8:27pm Mar 2nd, 2013
Well, as of yesterday, I completed my third revised draft of Gentleman for Mares chapter 6. coandco, my top main go to guy for grammar sniping is currently at a comicon (I'm jealous 
) but Starman had it checked, as well as grey_conscience and Typewriterpony (I've borrowed some elements of his own Gentlemanverse story: A Hierarchy of Needs. Feel free to check it out). With that draft done (well, other than modifying and maybe adding a more paragraphs), I'm now free to focus on Feathered Heart's next chapter.
Speaking of Feathered Heart, Equestria Daily finally comes back to me. It was a short message. Feathered Heart apparently 'touches on too much of questionable material not allowed under our content guidelines'. Basically, made me wonder if I should have just combined Preening and Feathered Heart. 
Should I actually be proud? No comment on grammar, no strikes. Straight rejection after days of (what I'm hoping) deliberation. I guess the 'best of luck' and 'feel free to send us other stories' are nice way of saying

Meh. Don't feel bad about it. Given the volume of stories submitted to EQD every day, there are bound to be casualties. Plus, the reviewers there tend to be pretty strict when it comes to rules and guidelines especially with the whole no adult content ordeal. Even the slightest hint at mature themes will slam a story with rejection. Just keep doing what you do best. You have plenty of readers who love your work including myself.

I suppose it depends on -where- it happens, the universe, as well as being absurdly lucky.
As in, the aforementioned deconstruction happening in the core of the universe in the presence of "God", having said universe deal with a whole lot of Conceptual stuff, and being born with an affinity for whatever fifth you get, I.E Second True Magic Kaledioscope being the True Magic of "Operation of Parallel Worlds", and having the origin of "Dimension".
Though it's not like Harry really needs that power in the first place.
But yeah, getting it is utter hell, will leave you emotionally dead for fifty+ years, and makes you immortal at the cost of someone else being completely erased when you die. Though the immortality part is more the result of a botched blood ritual and a crazy Philosopher. . . Oh yeah, not to mention the World itself considers you an abberation and constantly attempts to kill you. Nearly forgot about that.
