Well, I finally put out Chapter 19, and hopefully I'll get 20 out soon. These two chapters have been sitting in my Google Drive for months. They were already pre-read and looked at, but I couldn't publish them until I made sure that the following chapters afterwards were going to the direction I wanted. I now have a vague idea where to go, but without writing for that amount of time, I think I may have gotten some sort of writer's rust.
I've been playing around, trying to write other stories from different fanons. Right now, I'm doing a really rough idea of having Ron Weasley, canon with additional elements, basically get reincarnated once more. It wasn't an easy transition. He was completely aware when he was born, and it wasn't as painless as it sounded. Once he finally gets some independence on his actions (like being able to actually get to the toilet instead of just letting it rip), he began to prepare himself for war. After all, he has the information on his head, right? He's also a trained Auror (and an Unspeakable, which was the addition on the canon), and is completely bored with a kid's life. He's still a bit moany about not having to meet Hermione until he was 11, and even then, he doesn't know how he could act around her, considering he's around 20-30 mentally. He's befriended Luna, still deciding if he saves her mother. He's training up to get to his Unspeakable level. So, everything seemed perfect, right? Everything in line? Voldemort won't know what hit him.
Except he realizes there's no Harry Potter. Instead, we have Violet/Holly/Ivy Potter (I think Rose is a little overdone), who scares the shit out of him. For good reason. She's also reincarnated, and the Ron Weasley she knew was basically Ron the Death Eater that every fanfic seems to love. She absolutely hates RTDE, and is unaware that CanonRon+ is the one she's dealing with.
I'm still deciding if Hermione is also reincarnated from the Girl-Who-Lived's universe. I am favoring it because I have some big plans for this Ron Weasley. It gives him two adversery's who he'll be allied with (reluctantly) in the end. Hell, he may end up with one or two of them, depending on how the story goes.
I'm also still deciding if I should switch Sirius and Bellatrix as a godparent for GWL. Bellatrix opens up some really interesting possibilities.
One thing I'd really like to do is give Ron a bit of a badassery boost. I'm going to use BatFleck as a base of Ron's Unspeakable skills with more Wizarding choo-choo. I wanted to make sure Ron's skills as a chess player evolved that he's scary good at tactics and strategy, while also having him realize how much of a brat he was when he was young. GWL and MaybeReincarnatedMione will also add to accelerating his mindset of survival and gives him a less than easy way to act, as he can't really just act like the way he did in his previous life. This goes the same with the GWL.
So, either it'll be a rather intriguing story, or an absolute bollocks that will get flamed down with a healthy dose of Hellfire. I like the challenge, and it'll give me the needed practice.

Yeah. My main motivation is getting back on the bike. Also, I'm rather intrigued by badass Ron. He rarely gets that. And after watching BvS:DoJ, I felt Ron/Batman merge would be unique. Not completely unique though as I already read a Ron/Speedster fanfic, and it was pretty good.

I'm a fan of those Peggy Sue-style time travel stories, especially Harry Potter ones, and your premise sounds like it puts enough of a different twist on it to make it stand out from all the other such stories in that genre (like you said, there's a bit of a deficit of good Ron-centric stories out there, and I like the concept of two (or more) time travelers from different timelines working both with and against each other). I think I'll keep an eye on that doc, see where you go with it. Would advise caution with to what extent you power-up Ron though, lest you lose any sense of conflict in the story.
A couple things I was curious about. First, to what extent do GWL and Ron's timelines differ? Are they essentially identical up to the point where Harry was born a girl instead of a boy, or are there other noticeable differences that might make Ron's foreknowledge far less useful than he first thought? Second, is the universe that the GWL and Ron ended up in the same as the GWL original timeline, or did they both end up in some new, third timeline (i.e. neither of them will be able to rely on their future knowledge 100%)?

Ron's power-up actually won't be much. It's his mind and tactics that are well developed. Hopefully, I can use that in full as I write, but then again, I'm still at the planning and draft stage.
Generally, they flow the same way, except the difference is that Ron in GWL's universe is a right cunt. Every bad type of Ron story you've read, this asshole does the same around that level. He's a semi-blood bigot, put Hermione through some real hell, and all because he's been jilted a lot. Molly here is far more favorable of Ginny, which was basically his start of darkness. All his brothers have talents that can relate to Wizarding worth. Both Rons are good at Chess and Strategy, but unlike Harry's best friend, Ivy/Holly/Viola's Ron never really had a chance to shine. Then there's the fact that he's got a really big crush on the GWL, and that his insecurities doesn't really endear him to her, he didn't get over it.
Ron is not the only one reincarnated. GWL has lived through two reincarnations, which is why she's a little crazy/mad. She never succeeded in bringing down Voldemort the first time because by that time the Hogwarts battle started, Ron wasn't there to help her and Hermione through it, and Hermione got killed by a stray AK. When Voldemort shot at her in the Forest, she didn't meet Dumbledore but Hermione and a hooded spectre with green-flamed eyes that told her that they could be sent back with all the knowledge they accumulated.
Her second life was basically a Harmony fic, except its a GWL and Hermione rather than Harry. Having talked together, and guessing there might have been some sort of conspiracy, they hooked up, allowed Ron to humiliate himself that had him turning bad much earlier. She got killed by the Fifth Year by one of Ron's plans.
Meeting CanonRon+ will be her third, and she is very, very suspicious about Ron, especially on his new actions as of late.
Oh, and I'm switching GWL's godparent to Bellatrix Black. She's got her own thing going on. I'm probably going to keep a bit of her madness, and also giving her a magic specialization. She gets freed on the First Year, which means the story definitely goes to a deep swerve on the Third Year. Going to borrow the storyline of Casino Royale for that one.
Basically, their knowledge will be somewhat the same, but their actions will cause a lot of backpedalling and a lot of conflicts.
It's the GWL's original timeline, except CanonRon+ got inserted and she's already lived through it twice. He'll get confused, and some new friends and relationships, while she's a little mad/crazy with some homicidal intent on a few people, one of which is a boy who's acting strange and honestly more noble than she thought. He'll wonder why is the world gone crazy, and she'll wonder if this is a trap set up.
Well, that's all I got for now. Yes, scattered, story-wise, but like I said, challenge.
