Previously a small hamlet village, the sprawling city of Ponyville now tops the charts of Equestria's wealthiest cities. The elements of harmony, made famous by their exploits, move their homes and new aspirations to Canterlot, leaving behind old-school morals and their families to pursue higher, more insidious goals. Now, a plot stirs within the capitols districts, poor and rich, and it's up to one pony to stop it.

Not when you count all the drugs and profanity that human culture brings along with it. Detective Louis Hale must juggle both of the species' criminals when he is transferred to Equestria where there are no specific desks to man.

Following the recent death of Darth Sidious, the remnants of the evil Empire are scattered and blind, struggling to quell the uprisings taking place along the core and outer rims. Meanwhile, an Alliance Corellian Corvette scours the edge of the galaxy, patrolling for any evidence of Imperial activity. However, what the small band of freedom fighters don't realize is that they're about to happen upon an astonishing discovery, one that will forever change the fate of them and the inhabitants of this strange new world.

It has now been a decade since the first and only Human/Pony war has ended and both countries, The United States of America and Equestria, are writhing in the destruction it has caused. Many civilians on both sides resented the war and all who fought in it, many of the valiant warriors having stories left untold to the public ear.

Now, CNN plans to venture forth throughout both worlds seeking out the battle-hardened veterans to get the true story behind the inter-species war of 2016.

*In a way, I'd like this fic to mirror the Vietnam war veterans who gave their lives for a cause that their own country did not support.*

The Elements have gone missing, and it's up to the mane six to get them back! Trouble is, they've been placed randomly throughout humanities darkest days of warfare. Now Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Applejack must traverse the course of history, our history, and retrieve their respectable element before it's lost forever . . . Over there.
