After his defeat at the hands of his greatest nemesis, Daring Do, Ahuizotl decides that the best course of action is to take off into the woods. He doesn't know what he's looking for, or how he's going to find it. What he does know, though, is that something needs to change. He needs to find himself, so to speak.

Instead, he finds a very peculiar village, populated by very peculiar ponies (and one incognito changeling). And then there's the whole matter of him now being worshiped as a god.

Ahuizotl, for the first time in his entire life, may be just a bit too much in over his head.

Ponyville was mostly evacuated when the Shadowbolts began their siege of the town. A few decided to stay and fight for their homes. One filly in particular probably shouldn't have.

To be fair, I did write this on a manic depressive high while listening to sad music. So if this story seems way far out there, that's why.

Being the sensible farmpony that she is, Applejack knows that spiders are nothing to be afraid of. Fluttershy herself would tell her that. But that still didn't stop her from harboring a deep-seeded fear of those eight-legged critters. And when Fluttershy's spiders escape their homes, Applejack starts seeing them everywhere.

She promptly freaks out and runs away.

When Celestia doesn't get her morning coffee, bad things usually tend to happen. Like making Derpy be the one in charge of the newly-installed Royal Suggestion Box. Can Luna get Celestia her coffee in time to rectify this grave error?

(This is what you get when I browse random websites, in this case the American Zoetrope site, and try to extrapolate story ideas from them. Obviously this can produce mixed results...)

A pony sits at a bus stop in Manehattan, trying to stay out of the pouring rain. Her thoughts consume her, though she is by no means oblivious to everypony else around her. If only she could see the warm eyes that look at her with pity, maybe she could try and find some help. But that may never happen. She's so lost in herself that she can't even see what she's got in front of her.

The worst part is... It wasn't always like this.

Lorrie is a Changeling. Like all Changelings, she feeds off love. So when she finds a group of ponies advertising "free love," she figures this is about the best thing ever. She's never encountered pony hippies before, though, so she's in for more than she expected.

Yes, this does involve a pony version of the Burning Man Festival. (Written for OneShotober.)

Derpy has a muffin. Nothing out of the ordinary, right? Maybe... if it weren't for the fact that it's haunted by a ghost who calls himself Nappa. And for some reason, Derpy is convinced that Octavia is the only one who can get him out. On second thought, nothing about this is ordinary.

Slight crossover with DBZ Abridged. Also proof that when it comes to fic-writing, I really don't know what I'm doing.

Princess Luna has returned to the Nightmare Night celebration and wishes everypony to have a good time. Unfortunately, nopony seems to want to be around her. It's only when she explains her concerns to Twilight Sparkle that she finds out the real reason why this is happening.

Not even the best dentist in all of Equestria will find it easy to freshen up the breath of a pony who hasn't brushed their teeth in 1000 years.

Done for Oneshotober, even though this idea's been floating around in my head for *way* longer than that.

Everypony has known Derpy Hooves to be a Ponyville staple for as far back as they can remember. Their mail has always gotten delivered on time, at least as long as everypony can remember. But when Twilight Sparkle is doing some research for her upcoming book on the history of Ponyville, she comes to startling realization: nopony can actually recount when Derpy came to Ponyville, or why she came there to begin with.

And when Twilight goes to ask her, she finds she may not have been prepared after all, for the repercussions of her one simple question: Just who is Derpy Hooves... and how far is she prepared to go for the ones she loves?

Written for the May prompt, "the first time", for the now-revitalized Competition Arena. Rated just to be safe.
