Once every few billion years, a world comes into existence somewhere in the multiverse. Crafted for one purpose and one purpose only: to host the great Banquet of Beings, the Chaos Conundrum, the Great Gathering. There is bound to be a lot of senseless violence, crude jokes, cosmic horrors and a handful of universes drowned and burnt in the spirit of celebration.
What does it have to do with a small, magical world of Equus?
Well, the Gathering is, among other things, a chance for the Masters to disciple their Vassals.
And little Discord the Draconequus, Lord of Equus, has become unruly as of late.
If you're worried about your comic lore familiarity, don't! The story features a character from mlp comic series issues 75-78, but all you need to know about them and their story you can make out. I won't tell you anything more so to not spoil the fun. The action is situated around 10 years after the ending of season 9. Also, I do not include comic books season 10 as canon in this one, not simply because the story is already hermetic enough. Don't worry and just enjoy! <3

Discord being part of some kind of pantheon of other powerful chaos lords... who all answer to an even higher power... with a messy past love life lol. I'm extremely intrigued and looking forward to see how the sweet and simple Fluttershy ties into this!

I may have trouble understanding the entire concept of this, but I'm still enjoying this and I can condense and simplify it enough to get a general sense of it. It certainly is a situation that fits the realm of Discord. A meeting of dimensional entities, wanting some sort of explanation? But chaos going away equals destruction, so they freeze time.
But he must take Fluttershy. Will her mind be able to withstand it? He told Rainbow himself she wouldn't comprehend what she saw. Is Fluttershy an exception?
I'm still intrigued and will return! You still write a good story. You only have some mild grammar issues with pieces of dialogue, usually just missing a comma when it isn't the end of the sentence. But that's all!
Love that Twilight trusted Discord in the end and everyone reconciliated in the end. Go, friendship!
