I liked this story. The conclusion-jumping was humorously absurd, and there were some subtle and well crafted descriptions I appreciated. That being said, the ending felt too abrupt to me. Celestia's dialog needed to be paced a little slower, laying out her justifications in more detail so that comprehension could develop as she speaks. Let the readers process the emotions and information a bit before you close off with that adorable emotional display from Twilight.
I also think there was room for some comedy of errors or absurd dialog involving some other members of the mane six before Celestia arrives, but I can understand the decision to write a slightly shorter and more focused piece.
Please keep writing! I enjoy your style, and would love to read more pieces like this.
