When Equestria was asleep, the Changelings took to arms and launched a surprise attack, killing thousands and injuring more. In this short story, we follow the reaction of one warrior Princess who has a few words of courage to present to the nation of Equestria in this shocking time.

Not bad. Its better than I realize. The scenario of having nearly having sixty-thousand casualties in a single night, a single bombing run, is quite inaccurate. Unless, of course, Equestria has plenty of cities with massive ponies and other creatures livin' in it. Better mention the number of settlements that were targeted, but according to this chapter probably a third of Equestria's cities and towns were leveled to the ground. Admittedly, it was a nice speech. Really gives the mood of the situation, and encourages the populace to never feel any despair in the coming conflict.

All in all, it's a solid one-shot. 8/10 Good Read!
