Uncle Death

I love gaming and life, so I'll make my life about gaming.

T

When a stranger cloaked in darkness gives Celestia and Luna a gift that allows the holder to view wherever or whenever they wish, he only asks that they bring the element bearers, crystal rulers and discord to learn from the different viewings of examples of humanity. (Going to show video game cutscenes from different franchises to questions posed to the strangers gift.)

I want to see the ponies react to this.

>>Sir Sandwich
Oh God Yes

8012682 Don't worry, I'm adding that down the line, wherein they're all suitable shocked.

8014797 Main thing I'm not sure about is what order I'll use in the ponies request. I used Twilight as the "base" of humanity (because the subject they're watching deals with humanity). Each character will be shown a different game franchise to react too. One of them is Final Fantasy, (I'll be drawing from all games) so expect Gilgamesh.

8014886 I personally enjoy stories where the ponies are shocked at the brutality and vileness that humanity can perform, and then realize the incredible acts of heroism and selflessness they can perform, sometimes both from the same person. Some examples I can include are:

Coop from M.E.G.A.S. XLR who despite causing more destruction that even the villains themselves never hesitates to aid another in need.

Travis Touchdown of No More Heroes who despite originally wanting nothing more than to feel the thrill and power of killing others decides to bring down the Assassin's Association to stop all the killing.

Darth Vader who despite all the evil he committed in his life sacrificed himself to kill the Emperor and save his son.

Hell, even the Doom Slayer from the most recent Doom game can count, being one of the most violent characters ever and yet chooses to submit himself to an eternity of fighting off the Legions of Hell to keep them from invading other worlds.

And let's not forget the characters of Red vs Blue who despite insulting and treating each other like shit still develop strong bonds and manage to undo some of the most powerful evils in the galaxy.

Basically, I'm a huge fan of the "Humanity is Flawed" point of view.

8014903 Same here, basically the franchise for the first reaction (if you haven't already guessed it) has no over powered humans (basically the best of the best is just over the olympic games range). But their determination is staggering (not Undertale) and is based in a death world (shocks and horror galore).

50$ in monopoly money says that they're about to watch the opening cinematic for Dark Souls
