This seems to be a common error. Rainbow Dash's house isn't in Cloudsdale, it's in Ponyville, where she lives. Pinkie Pride pretty much confirms that Rainbow Dash lives in Ponyville, because of where Rainbow says that her birthday is also the Anniversary of when she moved to Ponyville.
