Alright, really was hoping that the pacing would slow down a bit after he got his senses back. This was not to be I suppose. I'm dropping this. And yes, it's because of the pacing. It's an unrealistically fast paced development. I don't even care that they're both young and dumb. The fact of the matter is that this pace makes the entire fic seem like a self-insert (which it might be). I wish you the best in your endeavors though!
Everything I enjoy about pony fiction in a single, fairly well written story? Hell yeah! Have a like and a fav.
The only thing I don't like about this story is the pony size, bit to big for my liking. But that's just personal preference, otherwise this is awesome!
While I agree with phoenix999 that the pace is a bit fast, it in no way feels forced as it does in many other fics I've read. The speed at which things develop between scoots and 'me' isn't unbelievable, and you present it in a competent manner.
The cleaning was done and the ponies began to leave, Apple Jack and her sister left earlier to get things ready at home. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle said their goodbyes and the two white ponies left. Soon it was just Me, Twilight, Scootaloo and a sleeping Spike on the bottom step.
5975272 And the fact that they are both slightly intoxicated at this point, plus Mason is running off the euphoria of the day, plus not to mention that earlier in the story it was stated that the magic infused into him would only lessen the feeling of happiness, not remove it entirely. Not to mention that they are young, therefore more prone to act rather than think (usually), and they have never had anybody who had even the slightest inclination of showing love towards them before, making them more prone to jump into the deep end first...I could go on as to why the pacing is as fast as it is. Would you like me to?
Adorable. Loving how this is coming along, looking forward to reading more.
Another great chapter. I can't wait for more.
Yeah... i think something gonna happen soon. and epic fun.

I understand. Thank you for giving my first story a chance and I hope you will give any future stories I write a read.

This is very confusing.
I'm pretty sure it's Pinkie Pie

Why not chalk the pacing issue from Stockholm syndrome....I think that is the right one not sure.

That was a sweet and awesome read.
While what others have said about the speed of the pacing does have some merit, I feel it is effectively explained by the world-building thus far.
