I can't see Fluttershy killing her other pets in grief over Angel. Releasing them all, maybe, if she doesn't want to or doesn't feel she can take care of them anymore, but not killing them.

Death of her parents or Rainbow Dash might have a bigger impact than a life of cute yet very short lived bunny. Since she take care of multiply different animals, she probably was used to them passing away every year. I don't think anyone in real life would become insane if his dog or cat died.
