Chapter 12 A giant problem

Spike panted hiding inside the temple wall he covered his breathe seeing that only the lower part of his robe survive, Spike gripped his sword which was broken hearing two footsteps getting near.Spike continue to hide knowing they were looking for him.

"Darn it! I should have listen to Mira!" Spike thought as he felt something a metal object touching his head.

"*gun cocked*" Spike quickly turn around while the only sound heard was a large bang echoing the halls.

Spike quickly moved seeing the bullet scraping the side of his face.

"Gwah!"

Spike turn his head seeing the soldier neck squirting out gasping for air while blood dropping to the floor,he let go of his axe only to be caught by Spike.Spike puffed out a smoke again As Lyon saw a figure and started shooting it. As the smoke cleared out he saw his soldier dead body has more gunholes.

"Little bastard thinks hes smart I give that." Lyon saw a blood trail and started following him."I impress with you...raise by four legs yet know how to fight."

Spike held his breathe holding the axe tight while carrying the strange little object that made the bang noise.It was loud but it was strong against them. Spike hide in a pillar only to sees Lyon pulled out another weapon larger than the other one seeing him smile as he pumps it.

"You know how to hide." Lyon shot at the pillar spooking Spike."Come on out!"He shot another pillar getting close to Spike."I'm serious!" Lyon shot two more pillar giving enough time for Spike to run towards another room. Lyon aim his gun towards Spike pressing the trigger however no bullets came out.

"Damn it!" Lyon strap the gun to his back chasing Spike with his sword out. Spike kept running as Lyon appeared in front of him. Spike swung the axe at Lyon blocked it while his free claw punched Spike at his face. Spike shook his head hitting Lyon with the blunt part of the axe. Lyon step back but smiled even though the bleeding come from his mouth.

"Hahaha! My blood boils from this fight!" Spike charge at him being punch from a invisible punch."Use magic Aeon! or you can't!" Spike felt multiple invisible strikes landed from both his body and his face. Spike could tell he was using his time spell he uses them for a short time however they were effective. Lyon continuing laughing using his time spell to attack Spike landing again multiple invisible strikes.Spike cough out blood gasping,those punch hurt him alot. He needs to find a way to beat him.

"Mmmhahaha! Why are you so weak I'm sure you don't mind if we finished this in another way?"Lyon pulled up his sleeves while still smiling at Spike."As you know we could turn into giant kaiju just with our greed but....we found another form stronger!"

"What!" Spike shouted seeing Lyon bit his arm grabbing his head with his two claws yelling. Spike didn't watch as he ran trying to find a way out of the temple. His mind was in panic seeing the way out. He saw Mira who was with Twilight.

"Spike how dare you I-

"Run!"

"What?" Twilight saw Spike face with fear hearing the temple roof break seeing a giant dragon head roaring."What is that!"They saw the large hideilian destroy the temple roof standing before them.He was larger than Spike's greed for sure yet the appearance looked different.Spike realize that his uniform stretch out with this giant form. Spike saw his giant hand getting near him as he didn't realize how fast he was.

"Spike!" Twilight gallop towards Spike pushing Spike out of the way only to be caught by Lyon's grip.

"Aaaahhh!"

"Twilight!"

"Hahaha!" Lyon laugh with his monster voice and begin to crush Twilight who scream in pain.

"Lyon stop!"

"Surrender Aeon or this four leg die." Lyon starting to crush Twilight who scream in pain again leaving Spike to drop his axe.

"Spike don't!"Spike quickly looked up seeing Twilight who was crying."Don't dot it! Spike please just.....forget about me protect the girls for me!" Spike was speechless from those two choice. What will he do? Surrender or let the mare close to family die because of his past?
