But here's how the story goes-
Rainbow just can't take her secret for any longer. She thinks Applejack would be able to help- so she turns to her in Sweet Apple Acres for advice.
It turns out that Rainbow Dash and Gilda weren't friends at all.

The ban hammer has spoken.
Gilda got banished TO THE MOOOOOON!!
But in Cutie Mark Chronicles, Rainbow got her cutie mark and did her first Sonic Rainboom during her first race, which helped her other friends to get their cutie marks.
And I was surprised Rainbow wasn't mad at AJ for telling her secret to everypony, since that was why she chose her over her other friends because she trusted her to not tell anypony.
And I'm sure filly Rainbow Dash would've fought back or defended herself somehow if she was being attacked like that, even if it was by a friend, she wouldn't just sit there.
Sorry, if I sound harsh, but these things just stuck out to me while I was reading.
