Daleks then showed up and tried to kill him, Lightning Sentinel and Packrat ran into the TARDIS and the Doctor used his sonic to activate the Hover thingies the Daleks had and send them flying off

Indirectly Packrat and Prometheus are both Cousins and Half Brothers. Prometheus' father is the descendant of Perandore Archemedes Paradox, Parazore's Brother, which makes them cousins. Packrat and Prometheus share the same mother, which makes them half brothers
