that sounds about right lol
In MLP canon. dragons come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes. Why is this so? My head canon is that it's not just a matter of genetics – dragons are shaped by their personality and interests.
My best example in my stories is that of Smolder. While we learned that she is very feminine to the point of being embarrassed by her girly desires, we did not see much beyond her coming to terms with that.
Her hoard is radiant; the scalding fragility of the sun and the diamond-hazed mystery of the moon, both cajoling for her reflection.
Another instance of parents we don't see in G4.
Have they made any appearances in the comics? None that I know of, maybe we'll get to see more dragons in G5.
Maybe even Spike's Parents
As you might have already noticed, I've been writing a lot to kill the time in lockdown.
Newest story is a fun and dumb story called "Freedom of Choice" and I hope you all give it a shot. There's a lot going on and filled with truly stupid bits and I love it. I'll be updating it every other day.
I have a ton of ideas, and three stories literally been written right now, so keep your eyes peeled.
Smolder lay sprawled across the rug, limbs and claws entwined in dense yak hair. Her scales had become uneven shimmering planes, given their fleeting new life by the light of the fireplace. There, prancing tongues lived and died erratically, the only concession to the passing of time.
"Hey, you see the moon from there?"
The flames crackled for a few moments before Yona stirred. Smolder could almost sense the yak's furrowed brow.
Let's see what you look like in your new dress!
Trouble in Tiatarta is in many ways a story that really shouldn’t have worked out as well as it did. It’s directly following on two very short, simple stories that have nothing to do with each other, Queen Chrysalis Reforms (Accidentally) and Midnight Rendezvous. It’s based on like three or four different story ideas I had, each of which could maybe work on their own, but instead I welded them together into what should have been a literary Frankenstein. And of course the
Smolder: Do you have a bag I could borrow?
Gallus: The only bags I have are the ones under my eyes and those are specifically made to carry the burden of my existence.
Smolder: Literally all you had to do was say no.
I'm searching for a story set in a alternative timeline where twilight raised smolder and Spike lived with the dragons his entire life
This was a nice short story to work on a Sunday, unlike my previous stories I didn't need to plan out this one as much (I often write summaries for each section I do before working on what gets uploaded), mostly because I had the idea set out in my head. Have to give some credit to QueenCold's dragon universe on DeviantART for the inspiration, particularly this one since even if Garble was forced to hug his
Hi folks,
Just a small-ish update today; the Smolcellus mini fluff-fic you might have been expecting has gone straight into Proximity in the interests of efficiency. So, if you want your fix, head over to that story and check the latest chapter.
So, um... Have some cute Smolcellus snuggle pics instead.
This is gonna be a story that Oculus will be doing, about Smolder being a boxer and stuff.
Here’s the rough draft he did.
And here is the digital art I did.
(Art by Sadistic Star).
So, dergs and buggos? They make a great pair, and might just be getting some story love in the morning pacific time. Don't be late!
Sweet and Smoky was an interesting episode. Beat nick poet Garble was interesting. I kinda figured that Garble might be Smolder's brother, but this episode definitely confirmed that outright. This was a good episode. Good Spike episode as well. Definitely interesting. Also loved Fluttershy this episode and Ember was just funny. Good episode even if a bit easy to figure out the beats of. Also, Fluttershy's love for baby dragons is absolutely adorable. Was at the beginning of the show and still
"I sometimes wonder whether I need absolutes in my life." Ocellus fixed her everything on the horizon beyond the window, her chest a mere flutter of existence in the otherwise stillness of the room. "You know, like the—"
