The Word Demons have possessed me, have a lore dump! · 4:39am Jul 6th, 2021

Greetings all! I have been afflicted with severe diarrhea of the mind once more, and have decided this time to share it with you all! In the following google document, you will find a small primer on a unique take on the three main pony races I came up with after a brief but intense binge of research on a myriad of topics, it is incomplete, and a bit rough, but I find it interesting enough that I would ask you to possibly take a look at it and offer your constructive critique or your own ideas!

Mulder and skully are close at hand · 8:07pm Feb 20th, 2016

The chapter is being worked on once again

Without missing a beat, Matt sprang into action. Quickly getting his shoes on, he was soon out of his bedroom and heading for the door. Pausing for a moment, he stopped by the doorway into the kitchen and poked his head inside. Inside was his mom, cooking up something, her back to him as she worked over the stove.

Whoopsie · 2:39pm Jul 5th, 2021

I seem to be getting a bit lax checking in. Sorry about that. I’m just busy and forget to blog, and then I can’t think of what I want to say… so… anybody see any good movies or shows lately?

On Netflix, I watched 7Seeds, which was pretty good… not the best, but worth a try if you like post apocalypse anime. Home is… kind of awful? But it’s scary how much it grows on you if you keep watching it. Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans is quite thrilling, worth a watch even if you’re not into gundams.

Review: The Kingdom (2007) · 6:32am Nov 26th, 2015

Peter Berg's intense, 2007 thriller is an unjustly overlooked entry into the terrorism film sub-genre. Being both a politically charged and action packed thriller, Berg creates a film that still holds relevance, even eight years after its release.

Review: Black Mass (2015) · 10:34pm Oct 29th, 2015

Scott Cooper's slow burn character study of infamous Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger is a showcase for a truly transformative performance by Johnny Depp, and while slow moving, is still an effective and engrossing portrait of Bulger.

Review: Capote (2005) · 1:24am Nov 7th, 2015

Bennett Miller's cerebral, almost surgically precise retelling of famed writer Truman Capote's writing of Capote's magnum opus "In Cold Blood", is not only a vehical for a tour de force performance by Philip Seymour Hoffman, but also a fascinating character study of Capote, and his obsession with the brutal murder and one of the murderers themselves.

So... basically, a song that seems to sum up the internal emotional and mental struggle between the desire to love her and the part that says look but don't touch.

A song which could be a summary of the nightly visits between two young lovers.

James Horner: Composer of The Amazing Spider-Man #1 · 7:06pm Oct 28th, 2023

As quoted from the latest status update of the “Release the WebbCuts” petition:

Having often thought about what other kinds of reasons for why a director's cut of all two "The Amazing Spider-Man" movies would be an absolute must, it dawned on me that a director's cut of the first film would serve as a perfect dedication for the late James Horner.

Release the WebbCuts · 4:56pm Aug 29th, 2023

As quoted from the petition's main page:

Not too long ago, I took a gander at the two “The Amazing Spider-Man” films, the biggest reason for why being because I saw Andrew Garfield, Rhys Ifans, and Jamie Foxx reprise their respective roles from those movies in “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. I found the two films to be incredibly enjoyable and worthwhile, I’ll tell you that.

However, in spite of enjoying them, I also found myself underwhelmed.
