After review of its elements and planning, it has become clear that the planning simply was not up to par and was bound to diminish the story's quality down the road. Although the timing appears inconvenient, it is more important that the readers experience a story that would not insult them for investing their time and empathy. And it would be wrong to let a tribute to Sam Lake's writing style devolve into an incoherent mess.
