I withheld from making a post for this story because I thought I’d give it some room: it’s one of my more abstract pieces, though there is a clear-cut narrative. I like writing uplifting stories, especially when it comes to overwhelming odds. In the face of tragedy, you can still find hope and good. It’s through love and friendship that you get that.
That’s what I do best. This is more of that.

As most of you know, today is Black Friday. Which means the day from Hell for most of the people who work in retail and cell services. So as to not sound like a broken record, this helpful little list of what to (and not to) do on Black Friday should help those who are already out in the fray.
And I didn't even have to shank anyone to get through a crowd. I feel gypped. Anyways, went to Game Stop and picked up the Uncharted PS4 bundle, Helldivers, Witcher 3, Final Fantasy Type 0 HD, Bloodborne, and Fallout 4 (so fucking psyched to finally have Fallout 4). 
Seems like 'I am Not Your King' is doing well as my first story. I'm really happy there are people who enjoyed it and I appreciate the constructive criticism I've received. Chapter 3 will hopefully be up on Tuesday!
The title is merely a play on the words, Black Friday... except it is Sunday.
Anyway just wanted to let everyone know that I am still working on the readings for the stories that won the gorgony contest, I have read 9 out of the 10 pages of the second place story.
Admittedly I got distracted by a few things, like car trouble, the Plains of Eidolon update for Warframe, etc.

Tried to write more today was unsuccessful. Well at least I have all the general large scenes up here in my head and I guess it was kind of Black Friday fallout today. First scenes are hard for me to do then it comes easier. Will plan on getting this opening scene out- its difficult cause I want to get the general tone of the chapter out in these first scenes. Sure its probably something silly and dumb but its just like I want to stay as consistent as possible with plot points and that takes
