Sorry for no updates on the last four days. I got carried away a little with doing more research for my "Ponies Around the World" upload. I always include a lot of information of a special kind in these uploads, but I just couldn't find anything that's revelant about the place I visited this year, so I got desperate and focused on it more and more. That wasn't ideal (and I still couldn't find anything, despite turning over every stone on the Internet), but that research is finished now, so
Only three days anymore until "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany"! To make the remaining wait more exciting, here is a little teaser for you! One of the first, new messages by Silverstream that will be released for Part 2, another day in the Dark Equestria and only one of many that, perhaps, will be worse than any other days before:

Apologies for my laxity in posting this week; I spent a great deal of time twisting myself in knots over what to work on next, and thus ended up not accomplishing much of anything until yesterday, when I simply decided to go ahead with whatever struck me next.
Consequently, I polished up and published a writeoff story:
As He Lay Dying
by Titanium Dragon
Happy Earth Day, my friends.
This is your top-of-the-line film, TV show, and episode reporter here with another review.
Today, to celebrate this momentous occasion, I'm gonna give you guys my take of Blue Sky Studios's "Epic".
Here's the rundown of this tale:
I lured some of you here by false pretenses! The horror!
Well, only slightly false pretenses, as those of y’all who’ve been around for a while know, when the Admiral is stressed out you get cute ponies.
Therefore, let me present a 6.4L engine replacement, a photo essay.
"The Sky is Gone" is finished. At least the first part is. There is more coming, in a week from now, with Part 2 "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany".
Yo, what's up, you guys?
Your friendly film and TV show reporter is once again in the house, and I'd like to start by wishing everyone a happy Independence Day!
Sound the trumpets! Light the fireworks and fire crackers! Wave the American flag! Roast the marshmallows!
Anyway...
Today, in honor of the celebration, I thought that this would be the perfect time to review "The Patriot".
So, yesterday became unexpectedly filled with activities that I could not avoid, which means the release announced for yesterday unfortunately has to happen a day late. Nonetheless, we are here now.
"The Sky is Gone" is back! The release of Silverstream's found footage messages continues where they left off at the end of January, Rumble and Silverstream are trapped underground while a mysterious, gigantic monster makes the surface a dangerous area. But what happened after that?

I'll get right to the point: I found out this morning that my grandfather passed away. He was 89 and on the wane, so it was sudden, but not totally unexpected. I'm holding up all right, but I'm making an emergency flight home to be with the family.
Between that, some work stuff I have to take care of, and all the other stuff involved with this sort of thing, there's no way I'll be able to finish this next Iron Horse chapter. It has been worked on, but it's not there yet.
This is gonna be a long one and a special one (with good news at the bottom!)
As many of you have probably noticed, I am not straight. And I've increasingly, especially really recently, been a lot more open and honest about that online, that is. However that was not always the case, and it's taken me awhile to get to a place where I can even briefly mention it here, where I know my parents won't find out, without being downright terrified. IRL is a different story.
I know it's late and all and Christmas stuff. But since I've got no family or Christmas stuff to worry about, I think I'm going to work on the next chapter. As usual, below are the links.

Welp.

I am surrounded by fire, like there's a major fire right next to our town, and more major fires semi close to us in every direction. The smoke is thick as fog, you can always smell it. Street lights at night aluminate it and it's impossible to see anything in the horizon. We have these nice, big hills about 4-6 miles away from the town, can't see em.
