Something went wrong here. And it shows in the picture. I don't know what it is, but drawing this picture became extremely taxing for some reason. Which is weird, because I'm not tired anymore, I got my sleep deficit down to almost 0. I had to push myself hard to draw this, or else I would have just stopped. I felt like I'm drawing on my last reserves here. Is it burnout? Do I suffer from drawing burnout already? Is it that? I also had some dark, serious thoughts a few hours ago, maybe the worries they made me have sapped my mental energy? I'm not sure what's the reason. But drawing this picture was hard.
A very simple and quick picture, because I am going to play something with my friend soon and I needed to make sure I'll be done before that. But I still managed to draw a rather creative interpretation of the prompt. Instead of a pony finding new hope or seeing a light at the end of a dark tunnel, I drew Rarity with the grey silver streak in her mane that we see her in the future in "The Last Problem" with. She has a silver line in her mane, so there is something poetic and symbolic here. The Wisdom of Old.
And there is a super-cool effect here, my silver-colored pencil reflected the light of my camera's flash, I didn't know it does that, now the picture has a special feature to it that emphasizes its symbolic meaning.
And the prompt I drew it for: Draw a pony lining their pockets / Draw a pony finding the silver lining.
Stay easy as a filly!
