Hey! It's been a little while since I did a blog, hasn't it?
Wow, yeah, not since EFNW. Well, let's fix that, shall we?
Huh. You’d think the episodes about stealing cutie marks would’ve covered Starlight’s secrets. Let’s see what else we can pin on Old Equestria’s Handicapper General. Maybe it’s time travel!
Greetings again, readers! I decided to make a blog post elaborating on some of my future plans for My Little Pony storytelling, some current activity and a few thoughts I've developed in long time I've spent making The End of an Era. I hope I don't keep you here for too much time.
Ten years of card games. And friendship. Quite the milestone. And just in time for the last wave of Make Your Mark content, which…
… Huh. Well.
As of today, it has been a whole month since I wrapped up The End of an Era (Series Finale Rewritten). I want to say that while I'm (mostly) content with what I wrote (and modified) for that story, and I've voiced the multitude of complaints I have with The Ending of the End, the episode it's based on, in the Author's Notes, I still feel like after all these years, I need to construct a single place to put all of what I've said together and convey my full feelings of that two-parter in one,
Christmas is approaching fast, and what I'm hoping, aiming and certain to bring to you soon, followers, is the end of The End of an Era, marking the conclusion of my Friendship is Magic series finale rewrite, the biggest project I've tackled and brought this far. Chapter 16 (Part 4 - Chapter 4) will be the last to cover my overhaul of The Ending of the End, and after that, an epilogue will follow to put a bow on top of the package. I doubt it's a spoiler on any level to mention that the
Hey, guys. Mr. J here.
Just so you're aware, I am planning to return to MLP G5: both watching Tell Your Tale and Make Your Mark. Now, I don't remember if I ever told you all about this, but I did inform some of y'all that I've given up hope for G5 because the episodes I watched around that time (two years ago) were so forgettable and boring.
…that we as a species have evolved to the point where we could produce a character as pure and adorable as this cute little peanut.
And I'm still working on the next chapter!
Back in the saddle, and just in time to get out, get a sleeping bag, and have some snacks.
I’ve chosen to delete my outdated Seelie Saga/MystiKnights blogs because, well, they were outdated and I doubted anyone was really all that interested. I was still getting my footing on the story and what I wanted it to be. As of now, I am currently in the process of writing chapter 15 and have been working almost around the clock writing down notes, sketching and making original art pieces for the series.
“Oh man,” I thought, “I’m not sure what I’ll be able to do this week given the state of the comics. I hope something comes out before Saturday.”
And a finger curled in on the monkey’s paw.
Slightly awkward timing. This would go up on the week of Halloween if it weren’t for that two-parter. Let’s see if there’s anything intentionally terrifying to be had here.
Hello, fillies and gentlecolts, this is Thrill O’Victory for ZBS Sports, and this week we have what is surely one of the athletic competitions of all time. We now go to the opening ceremonies.
To add to his point: There are people who genuinely do not like G4, G5, etc. That is utterly harmless and fine overall. Yet, some of those folks get bullied over their dislike for such things, just as there are people who get bullied over them liking G4, G5, etc.
Bullying people over a difference of opinion is just not right.
Or, as an Apple would put it, it just ain't fair.
Hello, everyone. It's been a couple of months, and I thought I'd break the silence this time. I've got a short update to provide about where I'm going with My Little Pony storytelling.
Greetings and salutations, my friends.
This is your top-of-the-line film, TV show, and episode reporter here with another review.
Today, for my 71st episode analysis, I'm gonna give you give my take on the first “Chapter” of "My Little Pony: Make Your Mark".
Here's the rundown of it:
Hello all!
So it seems I haven't done any blog posts since back when I wrote La Cama Izzy, shortly after Everfree Northwest. Whoops. But I've definitely been keeping very busy in the fandom since then!
To wit, I've now written four stories since then, which I'll link below:
Elloo everyone, this is my analyze and notes of MLP MyM, chapter 2 ep 1, Izzy Dose It.
