Hey, everybody. No new chapters for A Second Chance yet, but I did draw another pic of Godzilla that will hopefully tide you over.
Enjoy!

One hundred and five days. That's how long I've been silent on FimFiction: And that's just with blogs! I'm not going to calculate how many days since I've written and published a story, for I'd find that too depressing. So, let's talk about that.
In the next few days (that's the plan) I'll be putting out part 3 of "The Land Primeval" [FanFiction - DeviantArt]. For those who don't know, this story is inspired by old movies like "The Lost World", "Journey to the Center of the Earth", and the game "Primal Rage". It features an intrepid team of explorers going into a land that time forgot and their harrowing
I enjoy stories where Spike learns to go Kaiju mode on command. Seems like it would have been very useful in more than a few situations. Also perhaps hilarious.
As an example...

A familiar scene: Tirek the Centaur has imprisoned Twilight Sparkle's friends, as he and the Princess of Friendship face off in the Badlands. Some distance away, Spike the Dragon is watching on, feeling helpless.
Last week's nonsense is all set. Enjoy.
This week's one that hurts me a little: a bad Godzilla crossover. This one ends our New Year's celebration; the ties between the two fics we ran this and last week are largely circumstantial and explained within.
It’s finally here, previewing for you!
If you know the hype, you can join in too!
Put your hooves together for something old school!
Because next year, they’re gonna rule!
I'm in Colorado now, (have been for the last few days) and if there's one thing that means, it means that couch potato mode has been activated, as my family here and I show each other cool things, movies and tv shows, that we've seen recently and liked. It's also a chance for me to catch up on my pop-culture education without a younger sibling to worry about; thus, last night I showed people Godzilla, (2014) and they rebutted with Pacific Rim, and then we went in a completely
Last week's monstrosity is done. Enjoy.
This time around, we dove into FIMFetch to collect a story no longer meant for prying eyes. Fortunately for us, the Internet never forgets. Here's the thing.
Avengers Assembled- Ready to go!
Tales of the Unforgiven - Ready to go!
Worlds Collide- Section given the once over, ready to be sent to Tarb for editing.
The Land Primeval - Started, few pages so far.
Path of the Unforgiven- File created and named.
Since it's been a little bit since you guys heard anything from me (except for Tarb, he hears from me all the time) So I figured I'd pony-up (get it?) a progress update.
Either sometime this week or next, I'll be coming back down from Mt. Sabbatical, and start to work on my stories again.
Aside from going back over it for editor submission, WORLDS COLLIDE really doesn't need my attention right now. Parts 15, 16, and 17 are written, and exist in a pre-Tarbtano editing state, and . I'd like to release the next part sometime within the next 30-days from now.
This better not be like most movies these days where the trailer looks awesome and then the movie sucks. That said, I know I saw Mothra, Rodan and Ghidorah in there—as well as Godzilla, of course. Noice.
Also: interesting use of ‘Claire De Lune’ here.
Been a loooong while since I did a movie review, huh?
Well, I finally got off my butt and managed to write one up. And it proved to be a big enough piece of text that I ended up posting it on my DeviantArt account, since I thought it'd be too long to post as a normal blog.
Appropriate, I suppose, given just *who* we're talking about here...
As I'm slowly getting back into writing, I'm also dusting off my art skills. I've sketched a couple of first designs for Godzilla, ponified, and posted them on my account at Derpibooru, same name as here. Let me tell you, this was a b#### of a chore to do. Had to download Adobe Photoshop, only after finding out that Adobe Illustrator was not the right program to use (and that took at least an hour!), had to edit it, and when I finally got the pic posted, the first couple times were too small.
