This is just my Thoughts about our own world and as a species, For so long we Humans fought each other and have been corrupted with Greed and Sins,
So I think to myself why do we kill our own Brothers and Sisters, our own flesh, blood, and DNA, WE are Humans and still we cheat, we steal, we kill only for our own needs and wants.
Everyone had heard it before, the idea that like the famed Cartoon Network Show "Adventure Time", MLP is set in a Post Apocalyptic Earth in which Ponies replaced humanity as rulers of Earth. But then, here is one idea which could be even more shocking then that........
What if Equestria was in Earth's Prehistoric past?
Yep, Equestria is a Pre-Human Civilization that ruled in the land where many said Modern Hoses came from: The Americas.
But when would this have been set in?
I'm working on a fan fiction of a flat earth, enclosed system Equestria called Horizon Rising. It originally had the working title of Pancakes but I realized that was kind of boring. As soon as I hear back from my pre-readers and do a little more editing, I should be able to post the first chapter. I've got a good idea of where I want the story to go but that may change a bit as time goes on. I'm enjoying the journey. In the mean time here's some entertainment for my current and future
a soul split into nine, each becoming their own people and learning about the world as it evolves around them time, although effecting them, easily fixed with new parts.
Hey everypony! I just thought I'd take a moment to announce the sequel to Last Pony on Earth, Founders of Alexandria!
I guess I probably should've made this blog post sooner, because it's coming tomorrow morning. Founders of Alexandria will update every weekday, meaning no updates Saturday or Sunday.
Over 2 years ago when I joined this site I was inspired to write and ut out my own story. However I would hit snags in real life and the things that motivated me to keep going stopped motivating me.
Well several months ago I found a story called "The last pony on earth"
At first it was just an interesting read. but then It brought me thoughts about this story's universe.
What if this? what if that?

or, you know, tl;dc: yesterday knighty gave us an anthology tag so now i have an opportunity of posting a bunch of stories not related to each other in terms of plot within the EqE universe.
I've liked the idea that Earth Ponies are the longest lived of the Tribes thanks to their connection to the Earth. After all, Granny Smith is easily two hundred years old if she was at the founding of Ponyville. They can stay in their prime longer than most other ponies, but eventually it just takes too much effort to keep up and they physically become aged. Certain healer Earth ponies can transfer boosts of Earth magic into older ponies as therapy to help them, but this has diminishing returns
Well I was hoping I would feel better by now, but I don’t. In fact, I took today off from work because I actually feel shittier than ever, but I said last week I was gonna talk about the story, and since I have all day to pick away at it, I will.
So, why did I set my story on Earth?

Spike: "Hey Snips... Enjoying the convention?"
Snips: "Oh, completely! Hey! You wanna see my dad's demonstration?!"
Spike: "Your dad's got a demonstration? Of what?"

There is a certain kind of story that I love. But I've yet to find any name for the trope, or genre, or whatever it is that connects the stories. This is a problem as it makes looking for more stories like this a real chore. It surprises me that the connection doesn't exist considering the litany of fairly specific tropes you can find on TVTropes.com.
I was sure I'd mentioned the Long Earth sequence in a blog at some point, but a quick search says nope.

I don't believe in the Flat Earth theory and it genuinely scares me that alot of people including those I know personally believe in this crackpot conspiracy theory. I do believe in some conspiracy theories but this one is just too stupid for me to take seriously. As far as I am concerned, the Flat Earth theory is a just a half baked psy-op AKA psychological operation design to make everybody who does not take what the mainstream media says as the gospel truth look like crazy and ignorant
