Okay, so, 2015 was a pretty seat-of-pants visit to Bronycon Baltimore. It worked out all right, but there were opportunities I missed out on simply because I didn't (a) plan far enough ahead and (b) inform other people far enough ahead of time what my plans were. Is it really a good idea to blame 2016 for the deaths of celebrities?
In my opinion, it's just stupid. I mean, yes, it is sad when people die, but it's not the year's fault. Instead of blaming the year, blame whatever took their lives.
Vote YES if you feel that 2016 is a year full of celebrity deaths, given how plentiful that list is.

Basically, 2015 was the year of the shitfics as I learned more about working on and off ADHD medication and worked long hours Lyfting to pay off my car engine shredding itself at BABSCon. Well, I'm back to writing decently again, I have medication that works, my car's paid off, and I'm getting more sleep. So 2016 will be my year. Brady and I are thinking about participating in Extra Life 2016, a non-profit charity marathon where gamers around the world play, or attempt to play, their game(s) of choice for 24 hours. Some players stream, some don't. This year it begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, November 5th.

Okay, so over these past few mad months, I've been keeping myself mostly sane. How, you may ask? Well, by playing the modern take on one of the most recognizable series of gaming.

There's a reckoning of lead coming. Okay, so yeah. Just really wanted to see what the fuss was about, why certain people I know -thanks Josh- wouldn't shut up about this series. Yep, it was Gaim all over again.
I find myself very fortunate that I spent very, very little of my childhood in hospitals.
I've spent the past several years watching annual game-streaming charities like Extra Life, Child's Play, and the semi-annual Games Done Quick. This is the first year that I decided to participate, and I'm very thrilled to say we did a bit better than we initially thought we would.

So myself and my significant other Stitchwolf finally got home yesterday from our extended vacation to Anthrocon and Bronycon yesterday. It is so nice to have my own bed again!
