Hello readers, just dropping a quick little update,
So I'm just gonna get right to it.
1. The next chapter of Devil Mare Cry will be out within the first week of October,
I'm aiming for before the weekend, so while it may not have been out within September,
It's still something I prefer over another three-month gap between chapters like last time.
It's almost finished, and then there's just editing left.
Here it is, kids, an update to one of my less-popular anthologies. 
Also, an update to my Trotcon schedule is at the bottom.
I was legally obligated to write a Cuddles story that fit into Categorial Grant’s Cuddlefic Contest.
Ponies are for hugging, after all.
For someone who’s had a lifelong interest in trains, I sure haven’t posted all that many stories about ponies and trains, have I?
Really no excuse for it, but better late than never.
We’ll get to that title in a bit. Meanwhile, enjoy a pony picture, and then some cranberry facts!
I sorta had a plan for an election day fic. A coup, involving Luna.
Marching up to the white house, her saddlebags bulging with cans of soup ‘for her family,’ maybe some batponies.
Everybody loves batponies.
This story's gonna be heavy on two historical ideas, and I don't know which to put first, so I'm gonna flip a coin and see what we get.

Way back in February, when I published The Trouble With Unicorns and followed it with The Trouble With Unicorns IV, a lot of readers were left wondering if there was TTWU 2 and 3. Which, admittedly, is a reasonable thing to wonder.

If I tell you the author I was assigned for Jinglemas is the only fimfiction author I have a T-shirt bearing the name of, then that rather gives his identity away, doesn't it?
It's rather nice to be assigned an author who you've read several stories by. It increases the pressure, I suppose, but it also gives you a clearer idea of what to aim for.
