Last week's mashup of crossover sludge is done. Related note, if you haven't seen Endgame yet and you're invested in the Marvel movies, you're doing yourself an enormous disservice.
I said in my last blog I might make some classic brony content, and I did!!! I've been experimenting with shorts lately. Out side of my nerd opinion rants and video essays I find the shorts a good way to making AMV style content without getting copyright flagged and Youtube even lets you sample certain sounds from other videos and artist but only for 15, seconds. One of the Naruto music shorts I made went semi viral and is at almost 2k. I hope this one does well because I love how it came out.
Last week's generic edgelord stuff is finished. Enjoy, if that's possible.
This week's a twofer celebration: Tuesday's release of Mortal Kombat 11 and Friday's release of Avengers: Endgame. If you know me, you can probably guess which is more exciting to me. Either way, we're gonna crossover about it.
Baraka, eat your heart out!
Or, you know, let the Alien do it for you...
Sorry, this came in a day late. I've been really busy the last few days from college to some injuries I received Wednesday. I wanted to get some work done but I fell behind when I literally fell backward of a stairway two days ago, I'm not seriously injured, but I did need an ice pack for my arm and ass afterword. Luckily I didn't hit the ground face first. Today I feel a little bit better, plus a story I have been wanting for a while finally got posted so some good news. But for now, I have
It is almost Christmas, and that means that it is time for me to get off my butt and get people stuff to read for the holidays. I have been remiss in getting review sets posted; hopefully the rapidly approaching end of the year will encourage me to get more done.
This is a rather eclectic set of stories in some ways, but in another way, all but one of them manages to capture a lovely little sentiment. I wonder if you can guess which one that is from the titles?
Unbeknownst to me, BronyWriter has long been a member of the Royal Guard. Yesterday, he jumped back in in a major way, and began reading stories left and right. I had to join in, as did a number of other folks, and between the lot of us we managed to process a whopping 15 stories in a single day, and put at least one decision (a consensus of at least two votes in the same direction are necessary to approve or disapprove of a story) on a bunch more.
It's my birthday.
Things aren't going great.
I don't know how to talk about that without being depressing and self-pitying.
I'm glad ya'll are here, though. I'm glad this community is trying to stick together despite the pandemic.
Stay safe, and be excellent to each other.
Peace.
