I love Valentine's day. Not just for the romantic stuff, but because it's a great time to tell other people in my life how much I love them. In a non sexual way, of course. This year, one of my friends who also writes did something clever, so I'd like to do it for all of you as well.
I'm currently working on that rated M love story I promised. I'm about 5K words deep, and I'm guessing it'll be quite a few K more. Maybe about 10K total. It's longer than I intended, but hopefully you'll enjoy it when it's done. I'm working on completing it tonight, with editing and posting tomorrow. No promises, of course, but it's going well.
And they only hints you're getting is that story is not second person, not anon, and contains a few rather overlooked characters.

I am new to FIM fiction, but I have written stories before relating to other fandoms.
MLP is a show I’ve sort of been very on and off about, but recently me and my best friend got back into the show and I kind of reawakened my old feeling for the fandom and it’s sweetness and shipping and BG characters that deserve more~
I was getting my older brother's laundry from outside. It's freezing. The only warmth I had was a thin little jacket, (my coat was being cleaned, my other was MIA) and I ventured outside. I had four long lines of clothes to collect. I lost feeling in my fingers, (I had no gloves. Or hat) I regained that though.
I'm warming up with some hot cocoa, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and a lovely cupcake.

So, I've recently started work on a sequel to "Apples Forever." At first, I never planned on making it more than a one-shot. It was good enough on its own but the ending was kind of a cliffhanger and I really enjoyed the idea of an evil Apple Bloom. In the first story, we see just how far she is willing to go to keep her family's farm from going under. Though she knows it's wrong to take a life, she still goes through with it, because family comes first. How desperate do you have to be to do
As an author, it's hard to keep the focus on one story at a time as find it tedious at times, and at times, ideas for fics pop up in my head that I find exciting. Thus, I want to go on and off as I want to pursue my latest fic...
After my car accident last night Jumbled Thought asked what he could do to make me feel better. I asked for a short fluffy story. What he wrote is amazing and... I just...go... go and read it have a hint of my childhood. Warning it may make you cry.

The water cart looked like any of the other wagons at a first glance: wooden, tarp covered, two axles, and a pair of pullers hitched to the front. But at a second glance, it was a tad wider and was somewhat beefier, as if designed to carry a heavier-than-average load...like water.

I’ve intentionally kept it vague partly because it kept changing in my own mind but also so you could insert whatever song you think fits best for them. This episode felt like it was trying to do for dragons and Garble what “Lost Treasure of Griffinstone” did for griffins and Gilda. There are a few issues with that concept on paper. (This is credited to Kim Beyer-Johnson, the person behind Non-Compete Clause. While episodes aren't really written by only one or two people, I still felt like we'd dodged a bullet. This just being an OK episode overall is fine).
