After reading through yet another fixfic, I thought I'd challenge myself to attempt to "change" a highly insignificant canon event, just as a parody exercise. Fair warning: I've only had this idea for a day or so, and it may show. Either way, look forward to Lyin' Eyes when it hits the New Stories box tonight!
Apologies for not putting up a notification for this earlier, but today's card blog will be delayed while I'm still in the Philly Phanatic's nesting grounds. (Gritty eats the eggs.) In the meantime, please enjoy the irony of MagicFest Philadelphia keeping me from making cards. Also, you can check out a few of the funky designs I got from this guy named Gavin.
Sorry,
Meant to make this post yesterday. Been swamped. Not quite burnt out, but not far off. Manageable. Anyway I suspect I will have chapter out tomorrow, and will try to pre-write enough that I can guarantee next Thursday release.
Also! Loved the new special. You should check it out if you haven't.
Cheers.
I may have just done this:
No, it was exactly this.
My keyboard is a Das Keyboard with blank layout so I can type in Dvorak easily. Back when I purchased it (twelve years ago), it was somewhere around $1000.
Today, the fancy new model costs $166.
Yeah, I hate to do this, everyone. I am working on the chapter, and progress has been made, but a certain medical condition of mine reared its ugly head and thoroughly ruined my ability to concentrate on writing earlier this week, and while I feel better now, it's also a very busy time at work, and I don't think I can concentrate on both this fanfic and my students at the same time. So, since people pay me to teach and not to write about adorable robot ponies, I'm afraid I'm
Yeah, sorry about that folks. I've been dealing with my condition this week, and it's hard to write well when dealing with gut pain. Granted, work has been done, but not enough, and some of it had to be redone (and still might get scrapped). It's a very important chapter, so I want to make sure I get it right, and, like I always say, I'd rather release something late if it means getting it right.
YouTube bad captions, I guess
Mornin' folks!
Just to let you know, the next Iron Horse chapter should drop either tomorrow or, if the editors need the extra time, Wednesday. I think you'll all enjoy it, especially if you've been craving a little more... action.
I've been trying to post a new chapter every 7-12 days since I started publicly sharing the project, but I'm afraid the next chapter may be delayed by an extra week. Not for anything bad though, I think it's very worth the wait! My friend and now editor JFrost has lent me his hoof for editing the previous chapters, as well as the ones I havn't posted yet. Since this development I'm very excited for us to improve the overall quality of
I have been taking forever to update my stories and I’m really sorry it’s taken so long and that I still haven’t updated.
It is coming and I do apologize for the delay!
Forgive me dear readers for I have sinned......
I haven't written anymore of the story. I have been trying to write ch 4 for the last month and words are just struggling to make it out on the paper. That being said, I am still working through things with ch 5 to 10 (because I still have no idea how those are going to play out yet because the timing part is due in part because several stories intercept) so that everything lines up time/plot wise.
I have finished infusing bizarre fucking drugs into my body for now.
And I feel heavily brain damaged much better, though a little physically ill.

It's official! My Little Pony: Equestrian Redemption is finally here! We hope you enjoy the pilot and look forward to what else we have to come! It's been a long ride since November, but we're back with our official submission to the NaPoWriMo Challenge! Many of our other fiction plans will be delayed further as there's still much work to be done on this fiction, but everything will be done in time. We apologize once again for the inconveniences.
Hello friends and enemies, this is a short update on the story progress. I apologize for the long wait, but things have been hectic as of late. My show opened this weekend, and the past few weeks were super stressful in preparation. On top of that, College Apps have started, so that was difficult. On top of that, my computer has been having issues running New Vegas recently, so much of my world building has been stifled somewhat.* But, not all is lost. Chapter 3 is about 35% completed, I
Happy Hearts and Hooves Day, everypony! As I write this exactly thirty minutes from the witching hour, I figured I'd give some insight on what's been going on behind the scenes (considering I haven't posted one of these for an exact month; a lot of strange timing going on right now).
I'm dealing with more depression than usual, which is again delaying my One Hoof Clopping updates.
I'm pondering removing the M/W/F update schedule note, but still planning to aim for M/W/F updates.
So Work and Real Life decided to smack me in the face by making me busier on Wednesday and Friday (the two days i had set aside as writing days this week) and so I have to delay Chapter 5 until Sunday. I tried staying up to push the chapter through (It's currently at around 1,200 words) but my body is rebelling against me. To make up for this I will begin working on Chapter 6 right after finishing Chapter 5, so Sunday should be a double Chapter Day for you guys.
I'm sorry in advance!
The newest chapter The Maresburg Frosting Flood Disaster is up. The fate of Coreington Hay is revealed, and what remains after the deluge.
