So, I've done no progress since my last update. I haven't had time to sit down and work on it. I do need to work on it though cause I keep making changes in my head on how the fight is going to play out. I should have some time this week to work on it.
A new series of stories taking place in my Godzilla/Marvel continuity, explores the casefiles of the American Kaiju Defense Corps.; men and women dedicated to keeping the United States safe from monsters of all shapes and sizes. Each of these cases will be one-off accounts of agents and their brush with the extraordinary.

Novel-Idea has taken the basic vector that once was the cover of Sunset Shimmer is MAD about EVERYTHING and improved upon it with a glorious background and eye-catching fonts complete with pretty gradients.

So, I really like how the fanfic went, though I'm still fixing errors. I've posted the fic on another site and it's getting some good reviews there. With the reviews on there and the likes here, I say it was average. I could probably have done better, but this was the first time in a long time in writing a fanfic and my first MLP fanfic.

There are two fics that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I remember seeing them here on FiMFiction.
The first was an AU focusing on Rarity, Rainbow, and AJ traveling through foreign lands to get a plant to cure a disease in Twilight's magic that is lethal if not treated. There were hornblades and other things. Its been a while since I've read it, so that's all I really remember.
Next year, I want to try writing a collection of stories for a concept I covered on my YouTube channel for a potential Friendship is Magic spin-off.
In the past, (as an American) I have been reluctant to tell people "go vote". After all, with all the electoral shenanigans and gerrymandering and whatnot, it was difficult to recommend something that didn't always work.
Am I the only one who thinks Fanfiction.net's system is horrendously flawed and/or outdated?
I wouldn't really think much of it, but I've been using AO3 a lot more recently, and when compared to that, it's utter shit. And then Fimfic is even better - all hail to our lord and saviour knighty, never seen a better system for a website like this, even if it is not perfect.
No, but seriously, why is Fanfiction so awkward to use? It feels like it's from 2006!
So, I worked on Discord's part last night. I feel really good about it...until I get to the end of his first day. I was reading over it and the end of the day seemed...like I was rushing it. So, now I have to rewrite it. Even though his first day is a whole chapter and it's running long already, I think I'm gonna have to do it. Maybe I can trim it down in some spots, but I really don't want to. But I hate to make it so long also. I guess I'll just have to deal with it being long.
Well... it turns out that me not making promises about update dates just might be a good thing in many ways, even as it has its bad side in others.
This meaning... while I avoid making promises because I'm afraid I'll break them, I don't like the idea of breaking even tentative promises, and because of that, I apologize for not having been able to deliver the latest chapter of Chapters of a Revamped Tome before this weekend came up, like I promised in my last post.
Well... yet again, it sounds like I just can't deliver at the expected time.
Last Thursday I made another tentative promise that I would deliver a new update to Chapters of a Revamped Tome this weekend... and yet again, I failed.
Now I know that FiMfiction has its share of Egoistical, Crazy and down right Perverted. We now have a new character who might be having a hate-base because of him doing downright rewrites of.......other movies and shows.
Don't forget to read the guidelines at the top of the form!
So... just a few days ago, I said that I might post the next entry in Chapters of a Revamped Tome either today or tomorrow.
I'm sorry to say it, but barring some sort of miracle, to paraphrase a character from a certain movie, "Thursday is right out!"
That said... tomorrow is still a possibility, though not a certainty.
