Discord

So, I worked on Discord's part last night. I feel really good about it...until I get to the end of his first day. I was reading over it and the end of the day seemed...like I was rushing it. So, now I have to rewrite it. Even though his first day is a whole chapter and it's running long already, I think I'm gonna have to do it. Maybe I can trim it down in some spots, but I really don't want to. But I hate to make it so long also. I guess I'll just have to deal with it being long.

With that said, it's really interesting to make Discord the bridge between the two worlds. I kind of established it in the first fic, but this one will show how much knowledge he has of this universe. I like the idea that his powers stretch out to other realms. He will be limited in this realm, but he's still very powerful. And I'll show that in his chapter when he gets into a fight with a creature called the Fomor servitor.

Anyway, I'm still trying to figure out what to put up as a teaser. I hope to finish everypony's first day soon...then I can work on day two where everything goes to hell.

After working on Discord's part again, it turned out a lot better and I'm happy with the ending of his first day now. It seemed to go a lot smoother than before. Now, I need to finish the others. I still have Twilight, Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity (whose almost done), A.J. (whose also almost done), and Harry Dresden. Working on Discord's part has made me think to change a few things in other characters' parts, even if he never interacted with them directly.
