It has been a while since I released something here, but that doesn't mean I stopped writing.
Years ago, long before I published any story here, I had great plans to create my own Intellectual Property, something I could both love and make profit of, my own multiverse so to speak.

Not to be too negative, but I watched the first two (four?) episodes of Pony Life finally.
They're not awful? The worst I can say is they do not move me. But I might watch two more, and we'll continue like that till I'm sick of it.

Well, Brexit may have happened* but not a lot else has around here. I'm still not ready to publish my next story, which has been sitting there three-quarters done for several weeks now. Things will insist on turning up and getting in the way. I mean, you're not actually missing very much, as it's only a silly little thing. But I definitely do not want to return to one of those "write virtually no ponyfic for 18 months" ruts. Maybe I should have a go at some flashfic prompts or something and

I was able to meet a bunch of writer ponies I have always wanted to meet, even though in a few unfortunate cases I had only the chance to say "hi" and "bye".
I hosted a writers' party on Friday, and then everypony came back for a dead-dog on Sunday. It was fun (though it's a bit harder to have fun when you're the host). I also inflicted a lot of pony music on the carpool I rode with.
