50,000 words done... In less than a month.
Over 13,000 words done in the last 5 days of NaNoWriMo...
Thank you all for the support. It helped a lot. It meant a lot. You guys kick flank. And I mean all the flank. You be kickin' it.
Love you guys for obvious reasons and I hope to have this book finished and ready to publish by the end of January. I might take a break (for my own sanity) to do another chapter of TTEOAP. Haven't decided yet. Right now, I'm just... This is what I needed. This was the pick me up required to keep me sane.
And for those that want to know, Dad's cancer is still treatable without debilitating him and my niece is talking again.

Well congrats on the good news and the impressive accomplishment. I mean, over 1500 words a day. Not including time spent planning, editing, peer commentary, etc. That is an accomplishment worthy of a Xbox live accomplishment. Not like those wussy 10p ones. Color me impressed. I imagine it as sort of a mauve. And I'll hold off sending you a Holidays letter when its actually IN December. But take a happy holidays greeting in the meantime.

Indeed it is. Tis why it's National, not world wide. We have a lot of strange holidays like this. Like Secretaries day. And talk like a pirate day. (Not making this up; totally real.) Black Friday is a fun one, first day after thanksgiving is the beginning of the holiday season, and is marked by massive sales at almost all US realtors. Couple years a man got trampled to death in a crowd outside Walmart when they opened at midnight for the sales. Americans like throwing celebrations for stuff :D
