So everything is on fire · 1:51am Sep 7th, 2020
The hills behind my house have been on fire for about a day or two now, and the cops just swung by to let us know to be ready to go at a moments notice. It’s a mandatory fire evacuation. Whether or not they’re going to pull the trigger and have us leave is all up in the air. It looks like it might be an overreaction, but just to be safe, my entire life is now packed up and ready to go at a moments notice.
There might be some delays with a few of my stories. Just FYI.
If I don’t get kicked out of here tonight, they’ll probably rescind the order in the morning, then I can let everybody know that all is well. Until then, everybody stay safe, everybody stay healthy, and raise a wing of fried chicken for me.
Scratch that. Evacuation order just came through. I’ll see you on the other side.
