Andrew Shepherd, the only human in Equestria, was sitting at an outdoor cafe waiting for his marefriend to trot up. And trot up she did, looking nervous and anxious and worried.

Twilight: "Um... Er... Remember when I said that our species were incompatible and we couldn't conceive?"
Shepherd: "... Yes?"
Twilight: "Right, right... Um... Well... You see, science is often all about finding the wrong answers, before we find the right answers..."
Shepherd: "Uh huh...?"
Twilight: "And the right answer here, in this case, was... Um... Well... I do not know anything about human and equine reproduction... Because um... As it turns out... I was wrong."
Shepherd: *Blink*
Twilight: "... By which I mean... Um... I'm pregnant."
Shepherd: *Blink blink*
Twilight: "... With your child."
Shepherd: *blink blink blink*
Twilight: "... S-Say something!"
Shepherd: "..." *Hugs her* "I am... So incredibly happy."
Twilight: "R-Really?!"
Shepherd: "Yes..." *And he passes out, slamming onto the table and crushing it underneath him as he lays there, unconscious*
Waiter: "Oh dear!"
Twilight: "Uh, I'll pay for the damage-!"
Waiter: "Oh no worries, Your Highness! Also, congratulations!"
