Same here. I read the first 8 chapters of the revision right that day. Meant to read the whole thing in one sitting, but I got distracted and haven't gotten back to it yet. After hyping myself so much with anticipation for the FiMFic debut, I feel like such an ungrateful fanboy.

I'm flattered you like her so much, but there would be no Nyx without the canon ponies and the show providing inspiration and a base. There would be no Past Sins without Friendship is Magic. So, do show them the love they deserve as well.

I read part of it.
I just realized, looking at this picture more closely, Nyx can put on purple face paint, paint her hair green and gel it up, hide her body, and then she can look like Spike. Vice-versa to Spike.

You have to remember a few things.
1) The story has a huge following, that goes both ways. What seems like a lot of dislikes is probably normal, just on a larger scale.
2)I'm not going to lie (No offense to the Author or Normal Readers, I have not read either story yet) Some members of the "Past Sins" fan base can be quite obnoxious (Like any fanbase) Running around and comparing other peoples character/stories to Nix/Past Sins for no reason, or attempting to convince people that she should a member of the real show.
I can see a group of people down vote spamming as an attempt to get back at the more obnoxious people in this mini-fanbase
Once again no offense is meant to the author or the normal readers.

Nah, just kidding. I had to go camping, so I literally got it downloaded as an epub, put it on my iPod, and started reading it. Got in the car and read, got to the campsite and read, since we got there late, I couldn't put up my tent, so I didn't. I just slept in an unrolled tent. On the second through fourth nights, though, I met some cute girls who let me sleep in their tent. 
No, nothing awesome happened... 
Except that one, while not a pegasistah, nor a brony, was reading Past Sins as well because a friend of hers dared her to do so. 
We sat in their tent laughing and crying and cheering and groaning, and in the end, when everything was happy, she gave me a hug. And no, you perverts, I did not cop a feel. I honedstly was too much of a pussy to do so. But, yes. I might have converted her into a brony by showing her that bronies aren't all "Weird, creepy pedo-forty year olds and little girls."

It's amazing. Yesterday I was on chapter 9 of past sins. Then I kept reading... And kept saing one more chapter.. Then after at 5 in the morning I finished reading it. Only to notice a side story was posted by you! Best day to read past sins ever.
