About one hundred minutes left to the deadline, folks. Sadly, I won't be able to see this through to the very end of the submission period; I have an early day tomorrow. Still, an important note before I retire for the night:
Tomorrow morning, I will create another folder in the Imposing Sovereigns group: Second-Born. As the name implies, this will be the home for any and all stories inspired by the contest that weren't finished by the end of today. I hope all of the entrants and anyone else inspired by the prompt will make use of it. 
Oh, and one more thing:
Be sure you indicate your story's existence!
You have three options there:
• A post in the original contest thread.
• Adding the story to the group.
• Sending me a PM.
However you do it, make sure I know your story's out there! We can't judge it if we can't find it.
Well, this contest has certainly been a success. Congrats on putting it together!
I'm pretty sure I'm not going to place, but then again, there's no shame in losing to some of these entries.

Second-Born is a great idea. I almost wanted to suggest something like that myself; I have another idea that I might have pursued had I not gotten backed against the deadline as-is, and it seems like a good way to be fair and inclusive in general. I assume the no-picking-the-same-category-twice rule won't apply there, so we can add whatever princesses we want?

The entries I've seen so far have been uniformly good and interesting and fun. Some of them have been really, really great!
So overall I think your contest has been a Huge Success, in that it has inspired a lot of people to write some excellent ponyfics.
Great! Even if it didn't work out as planned, I did get some massive inspiration from the challenge with my previous (and sadly withdrawn) entry for the prompt "Celestia the Schemer". Now I've added to that folder the starting chapters of said previous contender, entitled Metal Celestia.

We will not look at them until after FanOfMostEverything tells us he's done judging. That's to prevent us from sending feedback and having authors revise after FOME has read their entry but before the results are posted, such that the author's already fixed something FOME dinged it for. Plus, you've essentially flooded our queue and slowed things down for everyone, so expect longer than normal response times.
