Chloe has a face now and hair. Before I color is there anything odd about the proportions that I'm unable to see?

double check her back foot and the length of her right arm. increase the size of her upper arm and decrease the forearm size. The face is fine for the most part but those two are the big ones
Also, check Twi's forehead. Round it a little more on her right eye just not too much.
Needs more changelings. Past that's it's looking pretty good.

The bent leg's thigh is short, try bringing her knee down or change the lines around kneecap so the entire front of the calf is facing the viewer.
Twilight's neck seems a bit long, see how placing her chin almost completely resting on Chloe's head looks.
Other than those 2 it looks good.
Her front leg's a bit wonky
Twilight's neck and eyes are off. Also Chloe's right leg is off since if it is bent like it is shown then her foot should be more in line with the left leg's knee.
That is one enormous boob.

It looks like Twilight's left (her left, not the viewer's) iris is larger than her right. It looks like she has a concussion. And the angle of her left eye looks a little off too, perhaps tilt it up a hair? Or maybe just widen the top of the open part... I'm not sure there...
Chloe's breasts are massive. Her prominent one looks like it's the size of her own head. Unless she's about a 46 DDD (and she said in story that she was average for a human), they should likely by shrunk by about half. Also, I'd recommend moving her belt down to her actual waist, a little more than it's own with down to be precise. Where it is it makes her butt look massive and her waist look far smaller than it really is (but that's partially the angle she's laying at too).
Lemme say that it's looking good as ever, apart from bits and pieces already mentioned in the previous comments.

Twilight's forelegs seem a little on the stubby side. I'd raise the bottom of her barrel a little. The top of her left eye seems a little too high, but not by much. The hand around Twilight's thigh is also bent to an uncomfortable degree. Perhaps you could have it resting on her fetlock, instead? And of course, there's the boobs, belt, and Twilight's right eye that has already been mentioned.

The belt could be down a bit with a shorter butt maybe. not that theres anything wrong with big booties
Hmmm... it might just be a personal preference of mine, but I think that on Chloe's showing arm, her upper arm should be a little longer, her forearm should be shorter, and her elbow would help her stay upright like that if it were braced on the floor.
lower legs are too long and upper legs too short based on her body size also I concur with the previous comment about the arms. You should try to avoid delineations between limbs and body as well.

3521427 Chole she seems too stretched out horizontally even when you take into account her position. And the seam at her arm needs to be smoothed out.
