So I wrote a thing · 3:24pm Jun 28th, 2015
Look.
Sometimes, when we're tired from flying around the world, and being awake for 36 hours, and not being entirely sure what day of the week it is anymore, our brains do funny things. And, being an author, sometimes those funny things come out as stories.
What if pony princesses were actually highly social carnivores?
What if a National Geographic team began following them around to film a documentary?
What if nopony saw anything unusual about this?
So, yeah, there's that.
On another note, it's been over a year since Small Town Charm came out, and people were genuinely angry at me for a comedy I wrote. Let's see if we can match that performance this time around!
People were mad about that story? It was hilarious!
Eh, you know what they say: Write drunk but proofread sober.
That premise had me hooked. A National Geographics special on My Little Pony Princesses? Solid gold! xD
Now I have to read that last story. Comedies that anger people to hate an author make me smile.
I can't lie. Your story idea spawned from incoherent exhaustion was a lot better than my story idea spawned from incoherent exhaustion.
Genuinely angry? Really?
People need better things to do.

I just read Small Town Charm. I have no idea what people found there to be angry about
3190316 *sniff* All those poor spiders, who just wanted to be appreciated. What a cruel, cruel writer. /snark
(Hey, it's been in my featured list *forever*. I plan on trying a small fraction of the concept in Letters shortly.)
Crackfics written with wit and sincerity are bestfics.
I, too, couldn't figure out how anyone could have flipped out over Small-Town Charm. I went back and read its comments. That was probably a mistake.
