This idea came to me but it would also be a major spoiler, so... Only read if you're in the mood for one.
When Discord sided with Tirek, he got burned when Tirek stole Discord's magic too
In my story's universe, Discord is now Eris and...
What if Eris starts getting attracted to Tirek as he regains his... ahem, musculature and is so hurt by his betrayal it all but destroys her? Cuz I was thinking that the emotional hurt she suffers along with being robbed of her magic causes her to vanish into nothing...
...only to reappear as Dis-Kid!
FUND IT!!!! It'd be interesting to see a sort of villan crush/romanace. Plus it gives Eris something to distract her from the obvious double cross in the end. I mean seriously Discord use to be a villain himself. You'd there would be warning bells going off. Sorry went on a tangent there.

It can certainly work, and sens the stakes are going to probably be hire I think She should ad a gift to sweeten the deal. If Iris is going to become a baby there should be some extra form magic or energies that come from some were els. I thing it would be interesting but I thing it would be more important to know if it would be permanent or not? dos he still has his memories? if so how would be taking care of him? would it be Flutershy( the most logical), Twilight( has potential for many hi jinx and test her and Midnight for parenthood), Celestia or Luna(if you want him out of the way)

I like the idea. If I may throw an idea out. Seeing as Rumble and Button are crushing after Scoots and Sweetie, I think it might be cute if little Eris crushes after Twinken. Have him stand up for her and she sees him as her knight and shinning armor as it were. At first he's confused about her behavior and when he learns that she has a crush on him he's confused at first, till she kisses his cheek after something he did (stoping Hotshot from being a jerk or getting her a gift, something along those lines). He then starts seeing her in a different light and goes to his brother for some insight on what to do. Would something like this work?

No just no. When he was discord he already transformed once into Eris why fix something that ain't broken. I not saying it's a bad idea but why transform her again when we could see a funny miserable Eris eating a large bowl of Ice cream. But hey it's your story and you can do as you please. Just wanted to share my thoughts
