Holy Shit that is a very Threatening Rhyme of what Grahf put.
I note the green and purple bands start as pure color edged with it's opposet near the botom (closest to the central black band) but begin to blend the opposing color in and is eventually overtaken near the top. I note the bands corespond with the less intrecate patterns of the first teaser.
Finally, reguarding the quote, the only sea-dwellers mentioned to date are Godzilla (who has not shown any desire for more power,) the Antiverse (sp?) Kaiju (who are ultimately weapons of war and questionable personal ambition,) and Hedora, a creature that actively grows in power as he remakes the environment into one of his liking....
...I think we can guess who's up next.
Unless of course it's Bagan himself; the original concept included an aquatic form, after all.

This is incredibly well thought out, major props. That sort of shtick with several of the aquatic kaiju would indeed fit. There is one flaw in using those three groups however. As you stated, Junior may be a marine reptile and thus would fit in the sea (heck he probably fights better underwater than he does on land); but has no desire for more power and any ambition he has wouldn't be a selfish power grab. The anteverse kaiju could be promising, but may lack the raw intelligence to have fully thought out ambitions. I have doubts things made as giant attack dogs would be fully sentient and judging from the movies they behave more like biological machinery. They take orders and do them. Hedorah would want to seize more power, that's exactly why he agreed to join Bagan's forces. However there is ooooone little problem. If Hedorah is involved, why would the ocean be so clear and pristine?
The stripe color wasn't the only change. Ya'll need to look a weeee bit closer. There is something there no one seems to have noticed just yet.
There's an object in the space picture that wasn't in the last one. What Kaiju come from comets? Ghidorah... If anyone else can think of any other one like that. But the colors in the corners match Ghidorah and X. As for the colorful rays of doom... I've got nothing.

Why is there a comit in the second teaser space picture that's absent from the first teaser? Side by side, that's the point I notice once I ignore the change in the central band (white to black) and the more intrecate color banding (green and purple.)
Viewing both images right after each other, does seem to be some subtle changes between the two but they are a bit hard to make out with such a glaring contrast between the black and white beam. I'll edit or post again if I notice anything.
Anyone had any luck figuring out what the quote relates to?

Wasn't just the colors than changed between pictures.
Okay I'm going out on a limb and I'm going to guess the kaiju listed with a few. I don't know If ill get any of these right but I'm just guessing I guess.
1. Ghost Godzilla. Reason for this is because Ghost Godzilla is a semi aquatic just like Godzilla. He also fits in because of space, I'm guessing it involves the mystery of the beyond or the paranormal.
2.One of the kaiju from Pacific Rim. It just makes sense like that.
3. RED. This one if special because he possess forms for both aquatic and flying(which I guess is for space) and the red striped in the middle. Plus the quote says something about being "hunted" and "rule".
Last one kinda popped into my head.
These are kind of my theories of what it is. I read that one guys translated part of the quote and thought of RED right then.

Juuuuuuust responding to this a tid bit so no on gets thrown too far off.
Red is not reappearing in the story in any of my projected plans. I only threw him in to get Zenith in the story, as well as a fan nod because people kept mistaking Pr-reveal Bagan for Red. I only got permission from the creator for that one sequence and I don't intent to have him re-enter this particular story
Spin off or sequel maybe, but not for awhile.
I believe VampyGirl43 said on the last one that Enjin was Bagan's water form, or something along those lines. Perhaps the texts go together. Perhaps someone, or something, in the water was searching for power, but found Enjin. We may not find out until te first chapter of the new arc is out.

hmmm, no I think these are for a different character (the multiple colors suggest at least 3 or 4 characters in the picture). Enjin is the land form, Mizu was the aquatic form. But heck, maybe the quote involved Mizu and the next pic Tarb mentioned will be for Doragon?

Last guess before I crash.
The white in the first trailer was a pure white; no other visable colors.
The central black "line" in the second trailerhas faint red lines in it. I needed a magnifying glass to be sure, but they are there.
No idea what they mean. They might just be an artifact of my monitor. But that's all I've got for now.

From less then 6 inches I can barely make out the shape in question.
It's either a partial side shot of a plisiosaur, or the siloette of a reptile's head; one with a massive lower jaw.
Since you already ruled Zilla out, I'm betting it's an anteverse kaiju, but I have to check to see which one.

For anyone else, I think this is what they are talking about. I didn't notice it earlier during the comparisons because the freaking black pillar and purple-green stripes make it hard to see. It looks like the bubbles are coming from it.

And, having just checked the roster of monsters in this fic, nothing pictured has a jaw like that.
That leaves two options.
The first is a creature with the fin arangement of a plisiosaur, which matches none of the monsters I know about, save maybe Hedora's amphibious form (It's been decades since I last saw his movie.)
The other is Bagon, who's suposed to be a shapeshifter.

By any chance, have you seen the "alledged" (later proven to be fake) underwater pictures of Nessie from the '60s? My first thought seeing this was the so-called fin shot from those.
On reflection, it could be a very bad outline of a back spine arrangement, but again nothing in the roster matches this image.

No. The lower jaw is way to thick to be his if it's a head, and his arm is the wrong shape if it's a side shot.
It could be something a documentary I have called "Preditor X", but it matches no Japaneese movie monster I know.
If it's a head, then my first thought would be Zilla; he has the chin for it.
However, it's been outright stated that no more Kaiju will be added.
Since I don't follow the MLP comics, I have to ask if anything like a plisiosaur has shown up there?

Just confirming no new characters aside from one will be introduced in this arc, and said new one is a form of an already decently established character s. And in this picture are hints to two pre-existing characters we've met before in at least a few previous chapter. Nearly everything on the picture in some form or another is a hint to them.
So no it's not TItanosaurus (though a peaceful ocean would be a good place for her/him) and I'll let the crystal clear water speak for if its Hedorah or not. Then again, this IS a crossover...

Aside from Hedora (who's lack of screen time lets out, not to mention the clean water), there's a total of three shapeshifting kaiju, two of which have had signifigant screen time. SeaMothra is one of the worst matches for that shape you can imagine, and even if she could turn into ArmoredMothra, nither the shape nor the setting would match. Monster X, however is known for travel by comet, and frankly I for one have not the fogiest clue how he would look swiming, though I doubt the shape would match. It might be a blured image of Moster X underwater, with his sholder armor making his arm look much thicker then it should, but that's streatching the point alot.
Bagon hasn't had much screen time, and is unlikely to get directly involved this early.
I still think the purple and green combo best matches Mane-iac, but I don't see her lasting 5 minuets if any of the Elements of Harmony come across her; I suspect Twilight in particular would enjoy having full access to her usual abilities in a re-match (hair theamed supervillen Vs Physical Goddess of Magic. This won't take long.)

The green and purple together make the think of Aria Blaze's and Starlight Glimmer's hair, but I'm respectively 99% and 100% sure that they're not going to play into the future of this fic.
...Although that shape down at the bottom of the ocean background kinda looks like a Siren. Though it also looks like a Ghidorah's head. I want to say that it's hinting at Kaiser Ghidorah through the use of the word "hunted" as a reference to my nickname for Monster X's group, but that sort of thinking is way too wishful to be at all likely. >_>
