    Update

Hey, I wanted to give you all a heads up.

So this next chapter is a pretty major one for the story - on the level of the Gourd Fest, Twilight and Starlight in the snow, and the final cluster of 4-6.

As such, I've been taking my time and am 7k words in and I know it's going to be more than double that.

So I watched the last several episodes...

It was such a cute ending. Very nostalgic-feeling. Didn't cry, but it made me reflect on the show that has been a constant in my life since spring of 2012.

If you've heard any controversy about it, don't heed it any concern. It's the squalling of children unhappy that the story isn't what they wanted it to be - as it has been every season.

    It's the endgame, y'all

That was a killer premiere. Honestly, Grogar has this gravitas to him, this insight and perspective that's already established him, in my mind, as a terrifying MLP villain. Being the source of everything evil, all the monsters we've seen, it's all on him. And that voice and the design? Oh! I love this villain.

Last chapter of act 4 is finally finished

At 44K words and 103 single-spaced pages on gdocs, the next chapter of 'The Broken Bond' is at last finished, and ho boy, a lot happens. I just need to edit it - expect it Saturday if not tomorrow. Thank you all for being patient with me.

Alright. Time to put on my big boy panties on and get serious with this thing.

I'm hoping I get to write a shit ton before the spark wears out (though I don't see that happening anytime soon (the spark I mean))

A sincere thanks to everyone that has stuck with this story and has been so patient with me. After releasing the next chapter(s) I plan on going back and editing all the grammatical errors in the early story. Because seriously, I was re-reading it the other day and there's so many damn errors.

I was gonna try and think of something clever to say. But I can't really find anything appropriate.

I'm just happy we're getting another update.

I only have three words to say for this momentous occasion:

I know exactly what you mean about the delay man.

YAY! GLaDOS IS BACK BABY! :rainbowdetermined2:
Now prepare.... for SCIENCE!!!

Well, this is the part where he kills us.

I'm oh so GLaDOS to see this getting an update soon.
I'll go stand in the corner now, there is no need to tell me otherwise.

I am way behind on this story, I am ashamed to say. :ajsleepy: I started reading this back in the summer, but I've been so busy with writing my own GLaDOS fic, and I've been constantly pressuring myself to keep writing, that I haven't done that much reading. But getting to this has been nagging me for even longer than since your last update. Writing is very time-consuming, and I've spent well over a month writing for a my next update alone, a process which consumes much of my non-working life. After I post, I will finally take some time to get caught up on this. Hopefully, it will be soon.

I was thinking of making a reference to your fic some time down the line by having my GLaDOS mention this story's premise as an alternate reality simulation she ran. It would also be a humorous occurrence if they were to meet somehow. :pinkiehappy:

Oh, thank you. Thank you so much.

What's coming?

2522093 Nothing. Twas a false alarm.

2046093 If You've read the story all the way through, then (I'm not saying you have to) maybe you could finish the story or at least consiconsider it. Your: "Trusted Friend in Science and ponies" book was great so I have faith that you would do great. :raritywink:
