It won't be long now peeps. I'm seeing it finished and all cleaned up after this month, maybe by the end of April. I can't wait.
And for now everything you've all been waiting for...
WAIT THAT'S A SYNOPSIS, IT'S NOT A CHAPTER OF TTEOAP I'M A LIAR! I'M A DIRTY, DIRTY LIAR!
So the book centers on a damsel in her mid twenties. Her primary goal in life is to have fun with her friends and live a normal life. The problem with that is that such a goal is extremely boring, so I decided she can't have what she wants. Her name is Tawny and her life is rather... abnormal (LAWL!). She has no family worth mentioning, has been subjected to an incredibly tough and rigorous childhood, isn't very pretty at all, has spent more than a third of her life in mental rehab for both psychological and physiological damage done to her by people with a rather unsettling disregard for human life, and she can't use the top shelf of her own fridge because she can't reach it for being so damn short!
Woe is her!
Despite all of this, Tawny has returned to life with renewed vigor after recovering From Angel's Ward (ermagerd, therts the tertle!). Everything points towards this woman being an angry, bitter shrew that shuns humanity for what it's done to her, but for some damn reason she just doesn't have a hateful bone in her body. Instead, she is cautiously optimistic and is rather determined to live happily ever after in the frozen, hellish wasteland that is the North side of Toronto, Canada. The year is 2040, and while she misses Angel's Ward and the genuinely wonderful people there, she's determined to actually enjoy life now that she's free for the first time.

... ... ... Or so the poor thing wishes. @.@ Tawny's got a lot of life ahead of her and very little of that life will be particularly boring or uneventful. There will be kung-fu! Sexy doctors! And gadgets! A BLIND KID BECAUSE I'VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT! And some stupid asshat named Ro that always picks on Tawny and ends up getting getting bitten every time he tries to steal her french fries! Not that Tawny bites people, that's just uncivilized.

It's not all sunshine and rainbows, but it has its moments and Tawny's always there to help brighten the moment or absolutely CRUSH the depression with her silliness.

While it sounds like it lies outside of my usual comfort zone (which isn't actually that well defined in all honesty) it certainly seems like an interesting concept, so I think I'd be intrigued enough to give it a good read, yeah :)
Considering how well written through the eyes of another pony was written I say hell yeah I'll read that. As good as that stories plot is, it wouldn't be nearly as good without your humor. The recurring wing shrug gag as well as the spider scene had me gasping for air and my roommate more bewildered then ever how ponies could have this reaction on an adult male.
Just don't forget your other story please. I have to know what happens next. How will the mane six save firewall?!?
